Die Lage ist perfekt! ruhig gelegen, nahe am Strand
die Toilette im 1. Stock = Schlafbereich war nicht benutzbar. Deshalb der Gang zur Toilette in der Nacht zum Erdgeschoß über die sehr steile Treppe nicht ungefährlich. Das sollte inOrdnung gebracht werden.

Die Lage und das Erdgeschoss sind super.
Im Obergeschoss gibt es Probleme mit der Elektrik. Nicht alle Lampen funktionieren. Im WC ist die Toilette undicht und am Warmwasser angeschlossen. Die Decke quietscht so laut, dass man wach wird wenn jemand auf die Toilette muss und unten im Wohnzimmer denkt sie kommt gleich runter. Das OG bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung.
