De locatie was super. Op loopafstand van dorp, strand en bos. Erg rustige en groene omgeving, hetgeen prettig is als je met kind(eren) en hond reist. Wij waren met een baby, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat gezinnen met oudere kinderen hier zich ook super kunnen vermaken vanwege de speeltuinen en grasveldjes rondom. Het ‘tuintje’ bij de lodge was fijn, lekker rustig met prima meubilair en parasol, dus goed vertoeven in schaduw of zon. De host was erg vriendelijk.
De badkamer kon wat ons betreft beter. Het water in de douche liep niet af, waardoor je tijdens het douchen telkens met de trekker bezig moest zodat de rest van de badkamervloer niet volliep. Daarnaast kon het comfort qua banken ook beter. Een avondje relaxen voor de buis lukte niet optimaal. Ook was de kraan in de keuken verkeerd gemonteerd, waardoor warm en koud water verkeerd liepen. Op zich zijn dit allemaal geen grote gebreken, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden we hierdoor niet optimaal.
