Comfortable lodge but in a Abandoned camp site

This lodge is very comfortable with airco and totally new since April 2024. It’s in a very quiet location and the beds are very comfortable. They have beds also on the ground floor next to the bathroom so it’s convenient for people who cannot walk up and downstairs. The equipment are great and modern.

First the location: it mentioned that there are playgrounds nearby but in reality they are unused and have no maintenance. The grasses are tall around the playgrounds. You don’t even want to walk on it. There is no route for dog walking either. It is in an Abandoned camping area which you can’t see in the pictures. Secondly is the bathroom: the bathroom is nicely with a rain shower but once being used, half of the bathroom is flooded. There is a structural problem around the shower area that the floor is flat and is not quick enough to let the water escape. We were quickly showering daily as there is no towel provided to clean up the water once it’s flooding again! I suggest the owner of the lodge to go take a shower once and they will know what I meant. Thirdly, no towels or bed linen provided in this lodge: it’s actually normal in Dutch accommodation that you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels. However, those costs are hidden and didn’t mention in booking.com. Because booking this lodge is non refundable, you have to accept those extra costs without knowing them in advance. Fourthly prepare a blanket if your dog likes to sit on the couch. Dogs are not allowed to sit on any furniture although they are welcome to this lodge and you have to play extra cleaning for your dog :( Finally the house rules are not explained in advance until you enter the lodge: there is a rule book in the house which is kind of a lot of rules but they are only in Dutch and German.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu vier hier ( ein Pärchen und zwei Einzelpersonen) und wir fanden die Aufteilung von den Schlafzimmer gut. Auch das „Schrankbett“ was hier viel bemängelt wird fanden wir äußerst bequem und kuschelig. Als Anlass hatten wir einen runden Geburtstag und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen in der Küche. Auch ein späterer Check Out bis 12 Uhr wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten was wir als super nett empfunden haben.

Wir hätten uns ein zweites Bad gewünscht oder zumindest ein zweites WC. Die Treppe nach oben war super schmal / steil und hat laut geknarrt als man sie benutz hat. Der Stellplatz bzw. der Weg zu der Unterkunft sollte unbedingt mit Licht ergänzt werden, da man aktuell im kompletten Dunkeln läuft.

Modern en schoon lodge

Lekker schoon, mooie badkamer.

Er staan in de omschrijving en foto’s 3 slaapkamers, dat klopt niet, 1 daarvan is een bedstee. Met 6 volwassenen is het lastig om de reis bagages op te ruimen. Ik miste een extra zitbank ivm 6 personen en extra aparte toilet, we moesten echt om de beurt wachten om de badkamer en toilet te gebruiken. Er staan geen enkel spiegels in de slaapkamers, allen eentje in de badkamer.

Herbsturlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Anlage. Es ist ruhig gelegen und man ist trotzdem schnell in Oostkapelle, Domburg, am Strand und in anderen Orten. Die Kinder können sowohl draußen als auch im Gemeinschafts-Spieleraum spielen. Die Wohnungen sind neu und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir (und auch unser Hund )haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre nicht schlecht, dass man bei 5 Personen nicht so oft spülen muss :-).

Het verblijf was heerlijk miste wel een pers voor eventueel sinaasappelsap of citroensap

Het is een luxe accommodatie alles netjes verzorgd

We hadden veel last van een onprettige rioollucht in de badkamer dat was heel jammer dat was bij ons vorige verblijf niet in de luxe lodges en het bleef ook ook continu aanwezig Ook liep de wasbak in badkamer loopt heel slecht weg Was niet fijn Had ook graag een stofzuiger gehad om eventueel te veel aan vuil/zand zelf te verwijderen

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, grüner Umgebung

Gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in welchem wir unseren Urlaub geniessen konnten. Unser Hund war auch willkommen. Die Küche ist mit allem benötigten Geschirr, sowie mit einem Wasserkocher und einer Filterkaffee-Maschine ausgestattet. Auch Geschirrtücher und ein Besen waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem, aber - wie in der Beschreibung - eher schmal. Wir haben im Zimmer im EG übernachtet, was den nächtlichen Gang zur Toilette angenehmer macht, da man nicht die steile Treppe hoch und runter muss.

Die hohen Fenster könnte man etwas besser reinigen, diese sind aber schwer zu erreichen. Der Rest war sehr sauber. Fliegennetze an den Fenstern wären toll.

Die Aircondition dient auch als Heizung. Leider ist sie nich warm genug für den großen Raum, wenn es, wie bei uns, Herbst wird.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Unterkunft 💕

Modern, war soweit alles vorhanden, bis auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche, die man dann dazu buchen konnte 😉💕der Weg zum Hundestrand 20-25 min zu Fuß. Durch das Naturschutzgebiet 💕

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen💕Es wäre aber Mega, wenn noch ein Zaun um jedes Grundstück kommt, so hat man keine fremde Hunde vor der Türe stehen 🤭💕

Wir waren total happy mit der Unterkunft

Super ausgestattetes Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Es liegt etwas abseits ( hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört) aber mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man sehr schnell den Strand und die Stadt um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Es ist schön ruhig und in der Spielscheune finden Kinder genug Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung.

Es wurden 3 Schlafzimmer angeboten. Das “3. Schlafzimmer “waren 2 Betten im Schrank. Die Vermieterin wurde von uns angesprochen und meinte es wäre bekannt, dass es überraschend ist.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Hund, aber mit kleinen Abstrichen

Ein alter Campingplatz der neu hergerichtet wurde. 5 schöne Lodges, einige Ferienhäuser, zwei Spielplätze ,eine Spielscheune. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und beantwortet alle offenen Fragen. Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit nach Oostkapelle und an den Strand. Urlaub mit Hund ist so sehr schön.

An der ein oder anderen Stelle hätte es ein wenig sauberer sein können. Man sollte in den Anzeigen erwähnen das Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und Trockner nicht um Haus sind, aber zur Verfügung stehen. Das die Grundstücke nicht eingezäunt sind. Ebenso haben die Spielgeräte ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Lage war gut - Beschreibung der Ausstattung aber leider irreführend

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut Die Ausstattung der Küche war OK Schönes Badezimmer Erdgeschoss ist klimatisiert Netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe

- Leider war es nicht gut gereinigt als wir ankamen - Leider waren zu wenig Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitgelegt - wurde aber schnell nachgeliefert - Ein Badezimmer bzw. Toilette ist für 6 Personen zu wenig - Die Beschreibung bezüglich der Klimaanlage ist irreführend, lediglich das EG ist klimatisiert und in dem 1.OG war es sehr drückend - und das obwohl es draußen nicht sooo warm war. Dort befinden sich auch 2 Schlafzimmer. Will nicht wissen wie es im Sommer ist. - Da es keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gab, war ein Lüften bzw. Öffnen der Fenster schwierig wenn man keine Stechmücken u.ä. im Schlafzimmer haben möchte

Sehr sauber und ruhige Lage, wenig Touristen . Zwei normale Schlafzimmer, eine Überraschung war das dritte Zimmer. Dies war ein Schlafschrank mit Fenster; siehe Bild. Frau Susanne war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne wieder

Tolles modernes Ferienhaus

Das Gebäude wirkte frisch gebaut oder renoviert, modern und schick eingerichtet. Die Kinder (10) und (13) hatten Spaß in der Schlafkammer im Obergeschoss zu schlafen. Zudem kam viel Licht in das Haus durch die Glasfront des Gebäudes. Ideal für Kinder, da nicht weit entfernt ein Spielplatz mit Toren, Schaukel und Trampolin sind. Auch ideal für Urlaub mit Hund, da direkt vor der Haustür sich ein Feldweg befindet. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist sehr steil, aber dies scheint typisch für Holland zu sein.

Tolles Wochenende in hübscher Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung.

Sehr ruhige, hübsche Unterkunft. Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Hunden dort. Für uns war es ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Strandbesuche und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass ein Staubsauger dort gewesen wäre.

Goede ligging vlak bij het strand en dorp, rustige omgeving en verzorgd terrein.

Lodges bieden niet super veel privacy, veel mieren binnen en buiten. Geen afgesloten tuin, binnen voor 6 personen niet veel opberg ruimte als je meerdere dagen verblijft. Kleine koelkast en kasten keuken.

De rust en omgeving de mooie nette accommodatie gewoon alles eigenlijk en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar voor de eigenaren top hoor dank jullie wel 👍🏼

Ik merkte wel dat het spiegelkastje in de badkamer vergeten was om schoon te maken aan de binnenkant was deze vuil verder zag alles er netjes uit dus over het hoofd gezien denk ik

Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist in Wirklichkeit ein enger Schrank abgehend vom offen Flur mit einem Doppelbett, was so nicht aus der Beschreibung erkennbar ist. Außerdem gibt es nur eine Toilette (im Bad); bei 6 Personen kann das zu Problem werden!

Super mooi huisje, vriendelijke eigenaar, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie ligging.

Het was voor ons niet duidelijk in de omschrijving dat het 2 slaapkamers en een bedstee waren. Het bed in de bedstee lag prima, maar niet echt handig met in en uit bed gaan. Ook moesten de spullen dan op de kamer van anderen. Aangezien we met 3 stellen waren.

Quality-Time zum Auftanken

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Lodge. Alles, was man für einen Ferienhausaufenthalt benötigt, war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Eine detailliertere Bedienungsanleitung für das TV-Gerät wäre hilfreich, vielleicht unter Angabe der entsprechenden Log-in-Daten oder eines eventuellen Codes.

Super Unterkunft!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Eine Lodge, in der eine 6köpfige Familie Platz findet. Das komplette Haus ist modern und super ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, so dass man selber gut kochen kann. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen, hat viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder (Spielplatz draußen und drinnen, Wiesen, Trampolin etc.) Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad kann man über eine schöne grüne Strecke zum Meer laufen! Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Besitzer sind mega nett, reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und sind zuvorkommend!!

Schöner Kurzurlaub über Silvester

Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles neu und sauber. Ausgesprochen freundliche Kommunikation der Vermieter.

Nicht als Kritik, aber man sollte wissen, dass die Treppe in die erste Etage sehr schmal und steil ist und dass eines der Betten sich in einem Schrank/Alkoven befindet.
