Beautiful Apartment Within Walking Distance of the Beach

This beautiful apartment in Oostkapelle can accommodate 4 people and 1 dog. The apartment spans 2 floors with a total area of 80 m², and is located in a small apartment complex. The complex has its own enclosed parking lot for guests. The apartment is fully equipped so you can fully enjoy your vacation on the Zeeland coast!

The location of this apartment is truly ideal! Less than 50 meters away is the “de Manteling” nature reserve, and 200 meters away lies the beautiful sandy beach of Oostkapelle, which has been voted the cleanest beach in the Netherlands several times! Several restaurants and snack bars are located within 100 meters.

The living room is spacious and furnished with a 3-seater leather sofa, a 2-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, a TV, and a radio. Internet is available in the apartment.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped. Among other things, it features a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop with an exhaust hood, a sandwich maker, a juice dispenser, and a toaster, so you can prepare the most delicious meals! Of course, there’s also plenty of dishes and silverware.

In the entryway, there’s a separate toilet with a fan.

On the first floor, you’ll find the sleeping area and the bathroom. The bathroom was recently renovated and modernized. The master bedroom has two box-spring beds (90 x 210 cm) and a large TV. On the mezzanine level, there are 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). The mezzanine can be closed off with a curtain. You can add bed linens and towels to your booking. A playpen, a crib, and a high chair are provided in the apartment.

The bathroom has a rain shower and a sink. On the mezzanine, there is a washing machine and a dryer.

From the terrace and balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the large communal garden! Since the terrace/balcony faces south, you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The terrace can be shaded from the sun with a retractable umbrella. It can also be heated with a patio heater, so you can enjoy it even on longer evenings! There’s a pretty good chance you’ll spot a herd of deer in the garden in the morning.

The house is non-smoking, and one dog is allowed.
