Located on Marsh Hill Road (the same road as Wisp Resort) in the desirable Waterside at Wisp community, this home offers the perfect blend of lake and mountain living.
Designed for both gathering and spreading out, the open floor plan and expansive great room feature large windows that bring in natural light and showcase beautiful lake views from every level of the home.

Additional amenities include a charcoal grill, washer/dryer, stereo, and a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings.
There’s no shortage of entertainment—enjoy the pool table, air hockey, board games, or relax outside on the deck. Gather around the outdoor bonfire pit area, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.
Take a short walk down the path directly across the street to access the lake. Swim from the dock or bring your own watercraft—canoe, kayak, jet ski, pontoon, or boat—and enjoy your dedicated slip.

Our family loves coming to The Overlook. We’ve stayed a few times here and keep coming back. The hosts are so accommodating and amazing. They are always available to help with any questions you have. The hot tub is the highlight of our trip. The location of the cabin is so convenient to grocery and restaurants and any shopping you need. Wisp Resort is right down the road. I highly recommend staying here, it’s the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We especially loved the hot tub and watching the snow through the expansive windows. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Our family had a wonderful time in this home. It was welcoming, comfortable, and clean. The hosts were the most responsive we've experienced in any of our stays, which is comforting when you're away from home and in someone else's. While the driveway was quite steep, and we got over a foot of snow while there, it was plowed very well, enabling us to continue using the garage (which helped when we got another 5 inches of snow the next day!). We also made plenty of use of the fantastic new hot tub while watching the snow fall.An overall wonderful home to stay in with wonderful and accomodating hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better visit!
