Villa ANGELA CHIARA is located in Porto Cesareo, SP 340 at the corner of Via 36, in the area of the most famous beaches of Porto Cesareo, such as Lido Bassa Marea, HOKIPA, Bacino Grande. Located just 5 minutes from the beach by foot (300 meters) from the Bassa Marea beach and the adjacent fine sandy beach, the villa is ideal for groups of friends and families with children and elderly people who want to reach the beach on foot, avoiding queues in car and parking problems. With independent access, on the GROUND FLOOR, house ANGELA CHIARA 1 P. T, is composed of a large fenced yard where it is also possible to keep two cars. Outside, there is a spacious covered veranda, equipped with tables, garden chairs and a barbecue. Inside the apartment located entirely on the ground floor, to spend moments of relaxation, we find a large living room composed of a wall equipped with flat screen TV, table, chairs and sofa. A large corridor separates the living area from the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms (for a total of eight beds), of which two are double rooms with an added single bed and a further room with two single beds that can be joined if necessary. The house consists of two complete bathrooms, one of which is brand new, in the bedroom, with a massage effect showerhead, another in the corridor. A comfortable outdoor shower is also available in the courtyard. The kitchen, equipped with pots, cutlery and crockery is equipped with two refrigerators. The house has excellent ventilation and is very cool as another completely independent apartment is built on the first floor. The apartment is equipped with alarm system, flat screen TV, washing machine, mosquito nets in the living room and in the bedrooms, barbecue, mobile fans in every room, and comfortable outdoor shower. The house is connected to the public water supply, it does not present problems related to cisterns. In 2019 the electrical system was completely redone. It is possible to rent towels and sheets at an additional cost.

La casa e’ come da descrizione. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Due bagni comodi, di cui uno nuovissimo in camera matrimoniale con vano doccia di alto livello. Due scaldini, acqua calda a volonta’, in otto persone non siamo mai rimasti senza acqua calda. Non c’e l’aria condizionata ma a settembre non se ne sente la mancanza e comunque la proprietaria ha detto che per la stagione prossima ha in progetto di installarla in un contesto di riammodernamento della casa che sta portando avanti. La posizione e’ a due passi dalla più vicina spiaggia anche se nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi l’acqua non era un granché a causa della presenza di alghe per cui ci siamo spostati con la macchina in altri luoghi. Il vero punto debole della casa e’ il fatto che, essendo ubicata sulla strada provinciale Porto Cesareo-Torre Lapillo, chi dorme nella stanza che da’ sulla provinciale e’ come se dormisse in mezzo alla strada e questa strada e’ molto percorsa soprattutto nei periodi estivi. Chiudendo la finestra il fenomeno si attenua di molto. Noi ci ritorneremmo senz’altro.
