The apartment has a large and ventilated veranda of about 80 square meters with SEA VIEW equipped with outdoor tables and chairs as well as a wonderful brickwork barbecue to organize pleasant outdoor barbecues.
Composed of large living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, additional internal fireplace, open kitchen equipped with pots, crockery, cutlery and fridge, two complete bathrooms with bidet and shower, one of which is located on the ground floor porch. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people including 6 in three comfortable rooms with double bed and 2 in sofa beds located in the living room. Free private parking spaces, flat screen TV, washing machine, mosquito nets everywhere, ceiling fans and furniture in every room, personal clothes horse and direct connection to the Apulian aqueduct.
