About this house rental
AVAILABLE ALL YEAR the first floor apartment just renovated with independent large terrace of 40sqm sea view (for outdoor dining) consisting of a living room with air conditioning and kitchen, two bedrooms with air conditioning, one double and two bathrooms one with shower and one with service.
There is a solar area accessible via an access ladder on the terrace. The house is located about 500 meters from the sea (sandy coast with islets facing access both free and in equipped facilities) and is part of a group of houses in a very private and green area (Club Azzurro).
The town is about 2 km from the center of Porto Cesareo and the port but is well served with a bar and supermarket. During the months of July, August and September there is a bus service that connects the parking lot in front of the center of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo.
The towns of Santa Caterina and Gallipoli are easily reachable (about 20 minutes). Parking space within an area of relevance equipped with outdoor shower and private entrance. The video intercom is present. The use of 6 bicycles is available in the services.

Très bel appartement bien agencé. Très agréable. Terrasse immense, sans vis à vis. Quartier calme. Plage à 10 mn à pied, une grande partie de la plage est privatisée mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour nous installer. Il nous a fallu 20 mn à pied pour aller au centre de Porto Césario , il existe néanmoins des navettes gratuites à partir de 20 h , dans la journée le trajet est de 0.50euros/personne. Le seul petit bémol est sans doute le fait qu'il n'y est pas de commerces aux alentours. Le plus proche est le centre de Porto Césario. Sinon je recommande vivement cet appartement

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane, nella casa da poco ristrutturata,con i nostri 3 bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Appartamento comodo sia alla spiaggia che al centro paese,zona molto tranquilla.
Confermo che le foto del portale,rispecchiano esattamente la realtà, fantastica la terrazza,spaziosa e sempre ventilata. Un grazie speciale al proprietario Andrea,non presente in loco,ma é come lo fosse stato,gentilissimo,molto premuroso e sempre pronto a dare consigli.
Consiglio questo appartamento senza alcun dubbio.

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione presente sul portale, recentemente ristrutturato e ben tenuto.
Abbiamo apprezzato la ampia e ventilata terrazza.
La spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con le biciclette fornite dal proprietario.
L'appartamento è consigliato per chi desidera trascorrere le vacanze in una zona tranquilla.
Il proprietario si è mostrato molto premuroso, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze o richieste.

La casa che ci ha ospitato, di recente ristrutturazione, molto pulita ed arredata con gusto, è andata oltre alle nostre aspettative sia per le comodità offerte sia per la tranquillità della zona in cui si trova; risulta dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole di una famiglia di 4 persone. Il proprietario Andrea, oltre ad essere molto cordiale e preciso, si è dimostrato molto attento ai suoi ospiti; ci ha fornito molti consigli ed è stato estremamente reattivo allorquando lo abbiamo interpellato per risolverci un piccolo problema idraulico occorso. Molto apprezzata anche la doccia esterna, spaziosa e dotata di acqua riscaldata naturalmente. Esperienza che ripeterei senza alcun dubbio. CONSIGLIATISSIMA.
