Well-furnished holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities with every amenity needed for an active holiday. The impressive pool room has an 18 m² large swimming pool with slide, counter-current system and a 4-6 people whirlpool as well as a large sauna. There is also an outdoor hot tub. The house is very spacious and built around 2 separate sleeping areas with bathrooms. There is also a large mezzanine which will undoubtedly be a hit with the children. The natural gathering point in the house is the large and architectural interesting room with combined kitchen and living room. The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of room for the various cooks. The tastefully furnished living room has comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove as well as a large flatscreen-TV. On the other side of the centrally located living/dining room you will find the large activity room where you can play darts or pool or just relax in the sofa in front of the flatscreen-TV. There is a large, partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the Danish summer. On the large plot surrounding the house you will find swings and a sandpit for the children. No letting to youth groups. Please note: photos are taken from a similar house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
