In the main living area you can find a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils. On the other side of the room, there is a cozy living room with a sofa and a TV. In the middle is a dining area. The main area is air-conditioned.
Outside there is a spacious private balcony with seating and a sea view. The most famous Poreč beach, Materada, is only 750m away. Parking is free of charge, located on the street. Pets are allowed for a fee.
