Just one thing - in kitchen should be at least salt with pepper and sugar. There were nothing.

Everything you need is a few minutes away

There was almost everything you need, from hair dryer, mini dishwasher, WiFi and AC. I liked a hidden terrace in the back. The place is also near the beaches and if you want to walk to the town of Porec, it's a nice evening walk along the coast. I would recommend it to anyone who wants some peace, quite and privacy. Also, it's great to stay here if you don't have a car, just get an Uber from bus station and everywhere else you will be able to walk. There is a Studenac store 10 minutes away by foot. All in all, quite a good experience and a price is realistic comparing to others.

I would maybe add a washing machine or offer that service because if you are staying more than 5 days and swimming every day, you would want to wash your towel, other beach clothes and sheets. Also, the stove was quite hard to cook on, it took some time to get warmer and when it did, it still wasn't hot enough to boil.

Clean apartment, well equipped with everything you need. Quiet part of Porec, close to the beach. The owner very nice, good and quick contact.

Das Apartment war freundlich eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Küchenzeile neuwertig, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Bequemes Bett , Klimaanlage, TV. Zum Meer ein paar Gehminuten die Straße runter.

Handtücher gehören gegen Neue ausgetauscht, weil sie muffig und fleckig sind. Die Terrasse hinter dem Haus war nicht so schön.

Fajna, spokojna lokalizacji.dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Blisko plaża i lokalne sklepy.

W obiekcie znajduje się działająca klimatyzacja, kuchnia wyposażone w podstawowe przedmioty, płyta indukcyjna, suszarka na pranie oraz zmywarka. W łazience suszarka do włosów. Spory balkon. Parking przed obiektem-bezpłatny.

Materac w łóżku sypialnianym jest bardzo zużyty. Łóżko w salonie również można wymienić- jest złamane na dwie części.

Consigliatissimo in

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questa struttura, la padrona di casa sempre molto gentile. Ci ha dato questa volta un appartamento più grande pur essendo solo in due. Tutto perfetto, in casa non mancava nulla, pulita e servita di tutto, si è anche preoccupata di andarci a comprare la caffettiera (moka, avevamo solo il bollitore) che da buon italiani rompiscatole abbiamo gradito. Quindi che dire tutto al top. Consigliatissimo, in cinque minuti di passeggiata tra gli ulivi sei in spiaggia, che da quello che abbiamo visto è una delle più belle della zona.
