Perfect stay — clean, cozy, and amazing hosts!

We stayed six nights in this spotless two-bedroom apartment. The owners pay great attention to detail and make sure guests are comfortable. The hostess was very helpful with restaurant tips, shopping advice in Trieste, and even helped us search for a lost phone. Parking was always available, heating worked perfectly, and the value for money is excellent. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Poreč.

Small studio, well laid out.

It was a great place, really only for one person, but it had everything you needed, including a parking space. Very comfortable bed, shower was European size, good pressure. Keep in mind, if you didn’t read the whole booking, it’s cash only. The owner met me at the apartment and was very pleasant.

Great for a short stay

Very hospitable hosts, gave us great advice for dining. Location is super good, near a shop, bakery, beach, very close to city centre, but in a very quiet neighbourhood. The studio is very clean and cosy, the bed is very comfortable.

The studio is very small with scarce daylight. Cosy, clean, but small. Terrace is shared with another appartment. Its not easily accessible for children or disabled, 3rd floor, narrow stairs.

Better place than our home 😍

We highly recommend this "2 bedroom comfort apartment", we spent 5 wonderful nights here. Location is perfect, 2 mins from the beach and 5 minutes from the city. Porec has sooo lovely old town, you can have nice walks there. A Bakery and Konzum supermarket are 5mins away by walk, a big shopping area with Lidl, Pepco , clothes shops is 5 mins away by car. The 2 bedrooms are great, perfect for 4-6 people families :) The apartment is very clean. The beds are very comfy! Tha living room with big TV and sofa are great for chilling out. The bathroom is soooo big, water pressure and hot water is perfect. You can choose if you want to take a shower or use the bathtub :) The kitchen and the grill in the garden is wonderful, we cooked many times, the kitchen is very well equipped, the fridge/freezer is very big.. The garden is very secure, we had 2 dogs with us who loved to be in the garden, and they could not escape from the garden, the fence is perfect..There is a cute hedgehog, who visits the garden every night :) The owner lady, Martina is very-very nice, she speaks good English. We brought her Piöttyös Túró Rudi from Hungary as a little souvenir, and she really loved it :) So if you are visiting from Hungary, maybe you can bring her some as a surprise :) Thank you Martina for the lovely apartment, hopefully we will visit you again one day! Dóri, Zoli, Gabi and Fáncsi dog and Lili dog :)

Nice owner, she allowed us to check in early, so this was really nice from her. Studio is really clean. Distance to beach and town are both short walk away.

Please check the kettle. I'm not sure if I was unable to operate it properly or if it's just not functioning. The light is on but it didn't heat up. Also the tv remote needs new batteries. Apart from that, perfect. Thank you.

Handy to both Old Town and nearby Beach area

Very spacious apartment on the second floor of the building with 2 big bedrooms, big bathroom, big dining room/sitting area and enclosed terrace area that contains the kitchen prep space. Outside the old town - about 13 minute stroll into old Porec (to the Euphrasian Basilica). Beach promenade and beaches only a few minutes away - nice family beach (Parentino).

We had a little confusion checking in as we didn't get a message that the owner had to attend a funeral, but a phone call brought someone quickly to the apartment. The kitchen could use a toaster and a microwave for those of us who like to make a more comprehensive breakfast. Cracked glass pane in the entry door held together by band-aids?!

A ruined vacation

The hosts were friendly and always available for questions. The contact was good.

Unfortunately the place is absolutely not suitable for three people, it is far too small: the room barely fits three beds. The worst thing however is that the whole "appartement" does not have any windows which could also function as such. There are two small windows in the ceiling of the room, which we were advised not to open and which we could not reach anyway, one window right next to the toilet seat, which could not be opened completely and a small window in the kitchen looking directly at ... a wall. We booked for 13 nights and it felt more like an imprisonment than a vacation. Further on: the doors are very old and we regularly had to fight with the lock + you hear everything your neighbours are doing, the Wi Fi is very unstable and just falls out for hours, we had cockroaches in the kitchen and a constant toilet smell in the kitchen cupboard where the dishes were kept

Absolutely good apartment

There was a fantastic apartment with big balcony and 2 rooms. Fantastic location , the beach and the old town less then 4 minute walk. The clima was very cold 🥶 and silent, just like the whole place.

The parketta little bit noisy , midnight when the others are sleeping 🤫but this is just small problem.

It was very clean and the host was very accomodating. We only stayed for one night but I’m sure if we stayed for longer we would have been very happy.

Only a little loud in the evening, however it was quiet while we were trying to sleep.

Very nice and comfortable place

The apartment was perfectly clean! The kitchen was very good equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Good communication with the owner who gave us some advices to our trip. The flat is in walking distance to the beach. We highly recommend this place.

Városnézés céljából töltöttünk itt 2 éjszakát , erre tökéletesen megfelelt.

A környék boztonságos, és a parkolás is a házhoz közel történt.

Az apartman elég kicsi, a 80-as évek hangulatát idézi. Az ágy nem volt kényelmes, s a párna minősége is hagyott kívánnivalót.

Breve soggiorno a Porec andato oltre le aspettative, torneremo

Proprietari molto disponibili. Appartamento molto ampio e confortevole. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia a piedi.

Mancano la macchina del caffè e la lavatrice, ma questo per noi è stato un dettaglio assolutamente trascurabile. Rimane una casa dotato di tutto il necessario.

Preiswerte Unterkunft mit der Möglichkeit, Fahrräder sicher und wettergeschützt abzustellen. Nette, hilfsbereite Wirtin.

Leider keinerlei Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeit in der Küche. Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer defekt.

PERFETTO, con un ritocchino...

Stanza n°4 - Piccola mansarda in zona tranquilla, con parcheggio pubblico gratuito, non lontana dal mare e dal centro. Al primo incrocio, sulla destra, c'è una panetteria, un verduriere e un bar per la colazione. Esternamente alla camera si accede ad una piccola terrazza ad uso comune, che con il bel tempo è una chicca. Pulito e ordinato, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo in settembre. Grazie Martina

Queste non sono critiche ma solo considerazioni e consigli. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno è piovuto e dai lucernari entra acqua e gocciola sul pavimento: a giudicare dal muro questo succede da tempo e andrebbe riparato quanto prima. Le dotazioni della cucina sono minime, ma questo succede ovunque: pur se presente una doppia piastra, frigorifero, ecc. gli accessori non permettono di andare oltre una colazione, un piatto di pasta o una insalata... e i ristoranti a Poreč sono impegnativi €€€. Nessuna vista se non dal finestrino del bagno, ma poco importa: in vacanza non si passano le giornate in camera, piuttosto aggiungerei qualche "gancetto" dove appendere indumenti e/o asciugamani: non si sa mai dove posararli... Comunque tutto bene: superiore alla media, prenotate serenamente!
