Comfortable bed in the bedroom.

They have put photos of both appartments mixed, so we expected two bedroms like it was on the photos and got one instead?! The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. No space for putting things to dry. We put it on the stairs outside, but than some neighbors complained. No terrace in the smaller appartment which we expected according to the photos?! Don’t missled tourists in the future! - it’s not nice! Not enough space for 3 persons, but charged more. Commodity for the third persone was zero!

it was nice and cozy, well equipped apartment and quiet neighbourhood.

Good service. A basket was on the table with breakfast products. The coffee pot was broken, which was replaced the same day. Istria and Porec are very pretty and deserve a wholehearted recommendation for everyone!! Take care not to disable the boiler with the left switch at the bathroom panel!!

First of all: there is no oven, just a microwave! The fridge desperately needs de-icing. Upon entry, it was clear that the pictures in the ad have been taken some 10-15y ago, the current state of the apartment is not as pretty. The apartment was also not very clean (some moping or dusting wouldn't hurt). I was sorry not to have brought my tools, since the apartment needs renovation. Several electricity wall sockes are cracked or came loose from the wall. Several baseboards are missing or loose. The knobs are missing on the fume hood. In the bathroom (live?) wires are 'sealed' with paper tape. Kitchen cabinets need adjusting. Screws on the bed need tightening.
