About this house rental

Enjoy our 2000 sq ft lakehouse in a private peaceful community with panoramic views of the lake. The house is rented in it's entirety. We are 15 minutes from Tunica Expo, 5 minutes to Tunica National Golf Course, 10 Minutes to the casinos; 30 minutes to Beale St, Bass Pro Shop, Peabody Hotel, Graceland and The Lorraine Hotel; and 15 minutes to the wonderful town of Hernando that has unique shops, great restaurants and a whole lot of Southern Charm! We are also members of B & B Association of Mississippi and are licensed with our County and State (Lic. # 20110070) so we do provide a self service continental breakfast: Coffee and pre packaged pastries. Anything more substantial you will have to bring yourself. We do provide all the cookware, tableware and spices. And just in case you don't hit the grocery store your first night and don't feel like going out there is some spaghetti and meat sauce in the cabinet for your convenience.

This was our 3rd time staying at Hernando Hideaway, and it won't be our last. Beautiful and spacious lakehouse with the most wonderful view of the lake. Home and property are just as pixies in the listing show. We began every morning enjoying our coffee on the screened in porch watching Blue Herons sugar over the lake, afternoons kayaking, paddle boarding, reading in chairs on top of the hill overlooking the lake, and playing croqet. We spent our evenings reading books, playing cards, chess, backgammon, watching fireflies, and building puzzles. I called Mr. Gilmore to help me with something and he arrived within 5 to 10 minutes. He also responds quickly to messages. Highly recommend....We can't wait to come back!!!

Fantastic host! Caught a variety of fish on the lake. Very relaxing with everything a family could need!

Overall the property was underwhelming. Pictures of the property were greatly enhanced. Would have been nice if house would have been cleaned. Dead bugs on all window frames inside and out. Would have been nice to have window treatments in the lower bedrooms so every morning didn’t start at 5:30am. Coffee maker was a plus.
