Great for fishing, hunting, golf, or lake get-away. Located 5 miles from Grenada Lake Main Marina and 8.5 miles from The Dogwood's Golf Course. Peaceful with beautiful sunsets. Location is central to other cities that offer hunting, fishing, sports and other events: Enid, Sardis, Oxford, Memphis, Jackson, and Starkville.

Newly renovated. Very clean.
Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, appliances, cookware, dinnerware. Charcoal grill on site. Ceiling fans in every room. In addition to the 5 beds there are two queen, self-inflating air mattresses and a double fold-out sofa in the living room area. Central heat and air. Two additional electric heaters and ventless gas fireplace. Plenty of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linens. Lot allows for spacious parking of boats, trailers, and vehicles.
