About this house rental

Newly Painted and styled - Perfect house for families, couples or friends gathering. Master bedroom (king) on the first floor includes spacious bathroom. Living room with large sectional is the perfect place to watch football or unwind at the end of the day. Gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The back porch with grill and seating and fully fenced in back yard. Fully equipped kitchen includes all you need to serve your group at the dining table. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, double bed and single day bed and ensuite. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a twin over queen bunkbed with trundle bed. Full size washer and dryer downstairs. Parents there is an easy place to park a haul truck or trailer for move-in weekends. House sleeps 11 easily in beds but sectional can accommodate even more guests. Walk, drive or uber to the square, campus or stadiums to enjoy all that Oxford has to offer. Bring your pets with you too. 12 minutes from mTrade Park

We absolutely loved Stephanie’s house! It’s in a great location, the bds are comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. Will definitely rebook next time we visit!

This is the cutest house and has so much room. It had everything we needed -- including lots of incidentals. Would stay again if I had an occasion to be in Oxford. We loved our stay, and the host was so nice and very accommodating. Also, very convenient and close to university and downtown. Bobbie Work

Regardless of what you may be looking for, this house/condo HAS IT ALL!! Highly recommend! On a side note, if you happen to stay in warm months…the A/C IS SUPERBLY AWESOME!! Will definitely rent again next summer.
