About this house rental
Newly Painted and styled - Perfect house for families, couples or friends gathering. Master bedroom (king) on the first floor includes spacious bathroom. Living room with large sectional is the perfect place to watch football or unwind at the end of the day. Gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The back porch with grill and seating and fully fenced in back yard. Fully equipped kitchen includes all you need to serve your group at the dining table. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, double bed and single day bed and ensuite. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a twin over queen bunkbed with trundle bed. Full size washer and dryer downstairs. Parents there is an easy place to park a haul truck or trailer for move-in weekends. House sleeps 11 easily in beds but sectional can accommodate even more guests. Walk, drive or uber to the square, campus or stadiums to enjoy all that Oxford has to offer. Bring your pets with you too. 12 minutes from mTrade Park

Regardless of what you may be looking for, this house/condo HAS IT ALL!! Highly recommend! On a side note, if you happen to stay in warm months…the A/C IS SUPERBLY AWESOME!! Will definitely rent again next summer.

This property was great. We only had our adult kids with us, but it would have been great for our dog too. The fact that each bedroom had a well equipped bathroom was helpful to get ready for our family wedding. The owner was so helpful and a great communicator. The location was close to everywhere we needed to go. I totally recommend it!

So grateful for this wonderful place! We’ve stayed here in the past when we were here for a soccer tournament! So close to the fields and square and campus! Can’t wait to return!

The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of additional sheets/blankets. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and talking. The front porch is a lovely, the rocking chairs comfy. Stephanie was prompt to return messages and answering questions. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!!
