Family holiday in superb villa, walking distance to beach and few amenities

We have stayed at many villas as a family of 5 adults and Villa Zen Port is definitely up there as one of the best. 3 large bedrooms with huge beds, own lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Like mini apartments. Lovely veranda for eating and one of the best swimming pools. Beach 5 min walk away, few little restaurants, great bakery, small grocery store and icecream parlour round corner. We visited Budva, old town is lovely and Petrovac. Both worth a visit but get very busy. Alexandar the host and Myra the cleaner both excellent and so helpful. Montenegro is beautiful and we will return.

Nothing we didn't like, all excellent. Only recommendation is not much shade around pool and some umbrellas would be good. You also really need a car to explore montenegro

Gorgeous private house with amazing pool

Fantastic property. It was very private and in a very good location. Communication with our host was excellent, we had a small issue and he came within minutes to solve the problem. He was also very communicative with me before our arrival as well.

This is not something the host can really control, but there are a lot of mosquitoes in the house. We forgot our repellent and itch cream, but for other guests, bring these things and you will be fine! The host did provide plenty of mosquito repellent coil for use when outside.

We really enojoyed our stay at Villa Zen Port. Enough space for several families/group of friends, each bedroom with a separate bathroom and great common area on a first floor. Nice beach 5 mins walk from the house, but a car would be needed to explore the cities and restaurants nearby.

A delightful property for complete relaxation

A beautiful place to stay - spacious and comfortable inside, with a gorgeous outside area with an excellent pool and great tree and flowers. A great shaded balcony area to have lunch and dinner. Round the corner is a bakery, ice cream, restaurants and you are down the road from the beach. Grocery store a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, accommodation, food variety, and beach location.

It was the perfect location for family vacation. Large, fragrant fig trees and mature olive tree all over property! Landscaping was beautiful. Very large rooms each with a kitchenette and beautiful bathrooms. Can’t say enough about how beautiful, modern, and large the house was. We enjoyed grilling outside, very short walk to fruit and vegetable stand, yummy bakery (with gelato)short walk to nice grocery store with a good selection, and the restaurants were even closer. All food was delicious and very reasonable. Short walk to the beach too! Very nice and accommodating host. We research properties a LOT and would recommend this place to you 100%!

Exceptional

When we came, the host was already waiting for us. As expected, we were welcomed cheerfully and the host is really relaxed. The house is even prettier in person than in the pictures. We were worried, considering we're coming in the middle of the winter, it would be difficult to warm up the whole place, but it turned out the house has a great heating system even tho it is "summer vacation house". So that's a huge plus. There are lots of houses around, but Buljarica is not as crowded as Budva or Petrovac. The sea is very near and a beach is clean and big. We enjoyed our time here and I'm sure we'll be back.
