Nestled on the peaceful hills above Buljarica and Petrovac, this newly built luxury retreat combines modern comfort with the timeless atmosphere of Montenegro’s historic Paštrovići region. The property offers complete privacy, panoramic sea views, a large swimming pool with jacuzzi area, spacious outdoor terraces and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four elegant bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while two additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, making the property ideal for families, groups of friends, wellness retreats, remote workers or longer Mediterranean stays.

The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area. Large glass surfaces allow natural light to fill the house throughout the day while framing spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding landscape.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, jacuzzi area, sun loungers, outdoor dining spaces and multiple terraces designed for relaxation from sunrise to sunset. Whether enjoying morning coffee overlooking the sea or an evening glass of wine under the stars, every corner of the property has been created to encourage rest and reconnection.

A dedicated concierge service is available throughout your stay. Guests are personally welcomed upon arrival and assisted with local recommendations, transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations and special requests. The level of interaction is entirely up to each guest, allowing complete privacy while ensuring help is always available when needed.

Daily housekeeping and property maintenance are included. Pool maintenance, garden care and outdoor upkeep are performed discreetly during early morning hours to ensure a peaceful guest experience.

As a special farewell gift, guests staying at the villa are invited to enjoy a complimentary traditional Montenegrin barbecue evening hosted by the owners, offering an authentic taste of local hospitality and cuisine.

The villa is fully operational and offers complete comfort. A few future wellness spaces currently remain closed while final development continues. During the next phase of the project, guests will also be able to enjoy a private wine tasting room, curated wine experiences, a sauna and a Turkish bath, further expanding the retreat concept that defines the property.
