The tent accommodation give a different but beautiful experience. The fact that the rooms bu the riverside make the experience even more memorable. I also enjoyed The 3 course meal for dinner

I wish there was a bath instead of just a shower

Dinner with a view of the river was amazing, and we were also lucky enough to watch an african dance performance afterwards. They pre-packed us a delicious breakfast since we had an early morning - this was so thoughtful. The tents are definitely luxury. ( clean, comfortable & basic essentials provided)

I didn't like that they provided bedding for two 3/4 beds instead of double bed arrangement for a couple/ double bed booking. But I was told that next time, I can specifically request this and they will arrange it.

During my stay, the check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist simply directed us to the location of the tents without providing adequate assistance. After contacting her for help, we were informed that someone would assist us; however, after waiting approximately 20 minutes, we had to follow up again. She then requested a gardener to provide directions. As three women travelling alone, we were uncomfortable with this arrangement. The receptionist did not accompany us to the tents. Upon reaching the tents, we still required additional information about the accommodation and facilities, which was not provided. I was allocated Tent No. 12. While the tent itself was clean, the bedding had visible stains, and the shower was not properly cleaned. During breakfast, I raised this concern with a staff member and requested that the shower floor be cleaned. Unfortunately, my experience with the breakfast offering was disappointing. The food appeared to have been prepared with little attention to quality and presentation. The dishes lacked flavor, and the overall quality of the food did not meet expectations. In addition, the buffet presentation was poor and detracted from the dining experience. Improving the preparation, quality, and visual presentation of the buffet would make a significant difference and greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, the venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and the natural surroundings made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. However, the service and housekeeping aspects need improvement to match the surrounding of the venue. With better attention to guest assistance, catering and cleanliness, the experience would be exceptional.
