customer service was excellent. the staff, especially Tyler, went above and beyond to take care of our requests (including an early check in) and ensure that our stay is comfortable. we forgot an item and Tyler reached out and shipped the item to us. communications and the attention to details were truly exceptional!

Location and interior gorgeous! Beautiful sunset in the park area very close to the Motel.

The door lock did not work properly. The closer would not close the door tightly. Then the lock would not engage. We discovered if we pulled the door tightly closed it worked. So our unit was unlocked the first couple of times we left Our personal items had to stay in the car.
