Great location to walk everywhere.
Beautiful view from large windows
Very clean, new feeling.
We stayed in January. Two cotton blankets are not enough to keep you warm at night. A comforter, please. Turning up the heat is not the answer.

The Location was wonderful - close to most things we liked to do. Loved sitting out on the patio watching the boats & the water.
You need more parking. The last 2 days we were there someone marked one of the close parking places with a cone so no one else could park there. That was rude! We were too nice to move it but really thought about it.

The apartment had a nice ambience to it - comfortable sofa, a four person dining table. Linen were clean. The apartment and the kitchen felt clean. The location is close to restaurants and shopping.
The waterfront view is severely compromised by the dockyard for yachts. Essentially, the guests are staring at the docked boats. Too many bugs and mosquitoes around the property. Parking is very narrow for full size cars or SUVs. The sofa bed is fine for one or two nights of sleeping but is not comfortable (or healthy) for longer usage.
