The view and space .
The TV’s speaker was not working and the beds did not seem very clean and there was some smell not too bad but mild in the master bedroom.

Excellent location with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the mall using the direct pathway near the fountain. The staff, especially Darwin, were very attentive and even assisted us with both early check-in and early check-out. All the staff were wonderful. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
The price of the apartment was a bit high, possibly because we booked only one month before our stay. There was no lotion or conditioner provided, which I think the owner should consider including. The bathroom could also use an update to fully complete the luxury experience.

Excellent stay
We enjoyed our time in Elite Royal, especially with Grace, she facilitated our entire time there and helped a lot.

أعجبني الموقع مميزا ومساحه الشقه ، لم يعجبني اثاث غرف الشقه فهو قديم وأسره هذهي الغرف كلها مكسوره او متهالكه من وسط السرير من سواء الاستخدام ( تحتاج الي صيانه ) ايضن الافطار غير جيد .
