Over all a decent stay in downtown with great Burj khalifa view.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained, and finished to a very high standard. While it is a shared layout, the private room offers excellent privacy, and the common areas are elegant, spotless, and welcoming.
The location is unbeatable—restaurants, supermarkets, the metro, and the Dubai Mall are all just steps away. The atmosphere feels incredibly safe, premium, and peaceful despite the central location. While the price reflects the exclusivity of the area, the stunning views and overall convenience make it entirely worth it. Highly recommended for a true upscale Dubai experience!

Excellent location right by the Dubai Mall and the metro. The property manager was highly accommodating and ensured a seamless check-in experience.
However, the amenities are quite basic, and there is no coffee or tea provided in the room. Please note that while this is a shared apartment as listed, the central thermostat controls the entire layout, meaning you may have to compromise on the temperature settings with other guests.

Exceptional stay for anyone staying in Dubai. In the city center, close to Dubai mall.
