location was good. The person who checked me in was nice and arrived on time. the room was decent. nice views.
The room could have been cleaner at arrival. I do not think the cleaner did a thorough job with it.

Great, perfect, clean, reasonably priced apartment. 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall area and the rest we used Uber or metro to get around (but the metro was a 30 min walk). Thank you for having us
We arrived into Dubai late so had to pay the damage deposit over WhatsApp a few days prior and never met the hosts, but collected key from the standard reception area for all of the building. But was all ok.

The apartment is just great, large and very well equipped with nice quality materials. We could admire the water from the balcony, the excellent location which is 20min walking to Dubai Mall, carrefour downstaires if necessary and so on

location is good, close to Down Town are, good access to taxi’s. Room was spacious, reasonable equipped.
No table to work on or sofa to sit comfortable, only small kitchen table and chair next to bed.
No kitchen towels which is annoying when you use the kitchen. bedroom has 2 windows and only 1 has curtains. Only 1 socket with an international plug, all the rest is UK, which is uncommon in Dubai these days.
Also i had some issues with check in, receiving the payment link very last minute on my day of travel. And the shower that did not drain well, and I was expected to wait in the room for the technical team, which is far from ideal when on a business trip. But this was resolved after speaking with the manager.
