Lovely property,fabulous layout! Very spacious
Bed is extremely comfortable!
Very nice inner courtyard garden
Everything you need!
The Crown inn pub is just across the road and the Sunday roast was superb!
We will definitely book again!
Thank you to the hosts
Nothing that wouldn’t make us stay again but for people to be aware the parking space is small but once you’ve got the hang of reversing in it’s fine!
Sofa isn’t very comfy but everything else is super!
Hot and cold taps round the wrong way in the kitchen for reference

Excellent location . Fabulously comfortable beds - well stocked with dvd’s , games etc for the younger folks - good Wi-Fi and excellent kitchen facilities . Great communication from Matthew and a welcome warning to avoid Sandringham with the dog at this time - in case of virus risk .Beaches great though and National Trust visits excellent
Some road noise early mornings but nothing to detract from a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay here on our first trip to Norfolk, which we’ve been meaning to visit for a while as a family. The property worked perfectly for us with a toddler, easy access, no stairs or stair gates needed, and private parking (though those with larger SUVs may find it a little snug).
The open-plan kitchen and living room were lovely, bright, comfortable, and cosy, making it easy to relax after days out exploring. The village itself is peaceful and charming. We didn’t try the pub this time but it’s on our list for next visit.
Location-wise, it was great for exploring. We especially enjoyed Wells-next-the-Sea and Pensthorpe, both an easy drive away, and it’s also close to Holkham Hall and Houghton.
Easy check in and checkout, without any extra requirements to strip sheets, take out the bins!
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.
Very happy and have nothing to complain about!

Bakers court is a hidden gem with a beautifully decorated, spacious interior and a wonderfully private courtyard. It was the perfect retreat to return to at the end of each day we spent exploring the area and the proximity to the fabulous village pub, The Crown, was an added bonus.

I liked that the owner kept in contact with me with any updates with the booking. He also recommended local places to eat.

The property had a lovely secluded and dog safe patio garden. The wood burner was a real treat. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the beds really comfortable. The owner was at the the end of the phone when needed.Off road parking right outside the property .

Loved the property, actually staying somewhere with sofas that fit everyone and are comfortable is a bonus nowadays! Wonderfully decorated, very homely. Fire was super cosy in wet cold weather. Pub food good. Cupboards with things in (salt pepper, coffee etc) good size fridge and freezer.
Perfect for dog, short walk to footpath and secure.
I slept amazingly (given I’ve not slept for a week!) v quiet despite being relatively close to road.
Nothing. It was great 👌🏼

The house was comfortable great facilities very comfortable beds which is a massive bonus as one of the party has back issues, great proximity to local beaches and having a pub/ restaurant across the road was a huge bonus !

The host was very accommodating and the property was beautiful, Spotless and well equipped, however a nice little touch would be to leave a pint of milk maybe so that you can have a cup of tea when you arrive after a long drive. Just a thought!
That the bells at the church next door rang several times every hour throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper this isn't the place for you!
Also the security light on the front lit up the main bedroom like the light was being switched on several times throughout the night. This should be moved really. The host must know that's what happens as the blind on this side of the bedroom was kept closed.

There is nothing not to like about staying at Bakers Court. It is spacious (except maybe the bathroom), very clean and well apointed with plenty of hot water and heating. It also has a modern log burner (with logs) if you want more heat and atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped, the dining area more than adequate and the lounge was comfortable. We did not meet the owners but they are very friendly and phoned in good time to let us know about the key and a second time to ensure we were in OK. There is adequate parking for one car. We were a party of four but it is equipped for six people comfortably. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The location was lovely in the village of East Rudham with a pub for food and a very nice cafe and shop
Just a long mirror needed somewhere

The property is very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. it was lovely to have a private parking space and also a private garden. Although a busy road is nearby the noise of the traffic was minimal. it was a very enjoyable place to stay. The Crown Inn across the road. was an added bonus as we were able to walk both nights for a lovely meal.
There is not much not to like about the property but just a couple of observations really, a shelf in the bathroom by the sink would be helpful and Wi-Fi extension to the bunk bed bedroom would be good but in no way did this detract from the wonderful property.
