Luxury vacation ocean view condo, direct access to beach with beautiful ocean views of the sandy beach, this exclusive property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces with teak decking, outdoor built-in Kenyon grill. You have access to an outdoor heated pool (75ft), fire pit and a jacuzzi spa. At only an hour and 25 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 10 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations’ oldest city. Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The ocean views from the terrace were stunning and the direct beach access made every day feel like a true vacation. The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Millie, our host, was amazing. Her communication was fast, friendly, and made everything so easy. We felt completely at home here and loved every moment of our stay.Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay here again.

We love this property, and unit 310 is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed relaxing in it as much as we did on the beach! We typically prefer Oceanfront views, but we actually really enjoyed this Oceanview unit because we were able to enjoy coffee every morning on a shaded balcony with a nice breeze instead of being in direct sunlight! The parking space in the garage was SUPER convenient and close to the elevator for quick loading and unloading. The beach chairs were comfortable, in great condition, and easily transportable. The beach towels provided were huge, practically new, and we could’ve left ours at home! The only thing that could’ve been better, is for a condo that sleeps 7, there didn’t seem to be enough regular bath towels and wash cloths without having to wash them frequently. We are looking forward to visiting again!
