There is a sleeper couch in the living room that makes into a queen bed, plus a another couch and two chairs. There is an complete kitchen with a Keurig, dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs and pans provided. The bedroom with a queen bed is beside the living room. The bathroom has a shower, washer and dryer and is beside the kitchen. The outdoor steps lead to a deck and the entrance door. There is parking space close to the entrance.

The apartment is convenient to Miami University's athletic fields, uptown Oxford and Hueston Woods State Park.

The kitchen sink was dirty and we arrived. The Keurig was too dirty to use. The shower curtain had black mold on it. The bed sunk in.Good location very spacious accommodations.

Location was great. Owner was very responsive, and communication was good. My son slept in the bed and said it was comfortable. I used the pull out and it is very firm. Overall, the price is great for the location and space. We would be happy to stay here again if we come back this way.

We were traveling to Oxford for a swim meet at Miami. The snow started coming down Friday after and through Saturday morning. Cathey was great and checked on what time we would be arrived to make sure the driveway was as clean as it could possibly be and the steps leading up to the apartment.

Upstairs apartment in the country was the perfect VRBO for our visit to our son who was interning at Miami of OH this summer! With plenty of space for the rainy day we had to build a puzzle and play Yahtzee, this property had a full-sized kitchen too! We were able to make our sons a full brunch one morning…and nothing says “home” like a brunch made by mom & dad. As if all the amenities and beautiful setting weren’t enough, the sweet black kitty topped it off! The property own was lovely and communication was top-notch! It you have a child at Miami of OH stay here versus a hotel….you’ll be glad you did!!

I booked this apartment as an alternative to the local motels uptown and it was absolutely worth it! Coming for a visit with my Miami student, this place is a delightful home away from home. Great sleeping in a comfy bed/bedroom, and on one of the nights, my kid even stayed over on the sleeper sofa. There is a big kitchen for cooking with a dining area. It's surprising how much space was in this cozy, private apartment. I arrived after a loooong delay on snowy roads, late at night, and my hosts were so gracious as to stay in contact to give me guidance in finding the driveway. It's less than 10 minutes to Miami's campus/uptown Oxford. Had a lovely stay and a lovely visit and will be excited to come back again!

We were in the area for a multi day swim meet. I came across this listing and so glad I did. It was about 10 minutes from the University and gave us plenty of space to spread out between sessions. Plus it had a washer and dryer which meant I didn't have to pack as many towels!

I was in town for my daughter’s week-long hockey camp. I wanted a place with a bit more room so I could work remotely while she was at camp. Wi-Fi and cellular worked just fine.
