About this house rental

Guests will enjoy a stay in our two bedroom, one and a half bath home built in 1910. The newly renovated space includes a living room with 65” mounted Roku TV, dining room, kitchen, and half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, and more. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, second living space, and full bath. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The second living space has a futon and a 55" Roku TV.

The home also includes keyless entry, free Wi-Fi, and ADT home security. Washer and dryer can be made available for an additional fee for stays longer than seven nights.

I went to Cincinnati to spend time with a friend who is recovering from illness. Staying at the Vrbo meant my friend didn't have to entertain. We picked up food for the weekend, so we were able to just relax, visit and enjoy this truly cozy, very clean, quiet, tastefully decorated property.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, full of everything you could imagine. We were in town for a dance competition and the convention center was only 6-8 min away depending on the time of day. We did not walk the neighborhood. When she wasn’t competing we went to kings island, the zoo, and outlet mall. The security system was easy to use and I’m thankful it was available to us!

Home was as described with 2 ample sized bedrooms and a sitting room/daybed space along with full bathroom on the upper floor, living, dining, kitchen and 2 piece bath on main floor. Great option for a family or a handful of adults. Note there are sets of steps leading from the street to the property. The home itself was very clean and fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the coffee station! The area is an older area, called Price Hill. It is hilly. We walked the area to the BLOC coffee shop and ice cream shop (beside each other) and across the street is the Incline Public House restaurant that has an amazing view of the downtown and Cincinnati area. It was a quick & easy car trip to the downtown, as well as over the bridge(s) to Newport & Coventry. The hosts were easy to contact and provided great information and tips on the area.

Oh where to start..... From booking to check-in to the stay and to the check-out... wonderful! The place as is as it is described. Communication with management has been great. We had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful home. We have already talked about it and we will be staying here again when we come back to Cincinnati for future visits!

This property is definitely as described and shown in photos. Very clean. Bathroom with tub/shower is a bit small but worked ok when we took turns using it. We used the 1/2 bath for hair etc! We felt safe with ADT and neighborhood was quiet! It was an easy drive to the stadiums and it was fun walking along the river. Mt Echo Park was neat to drive too and see the city up on the bluff! The restaurant and coffee house close to the neighborhood were excellent!! We enjoyed them. It is a bit of a drive but we drove to Jungle Jims International Grocery Store and that was definitely an experience! I am glad we did that!

The house is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seems to be a working class neighborhood, with interesting architechture and places to eat & drink nearby. Due to the houses being close together it can be a little noisy at night due to people being outside and the occasional dog barking. I live in the country so this is noticeable to me because it is completly quiet where I live. If you are used to a bit of normal city noise this is a very nice place to stay and close to lots of fun places to visit in the city or across the river in Kentucky.

The house was beautiful! Inside was so spacious and decorated great. The loft area upstairs we were able to use as a 3rd bedroom for our 1 year old in the playpen. We were able to get in the property a bit early since we got into town early and wanted to get our baby settled. Lots of thoughtful amenities if you forgot anything. The literal only not 5 star thing was the neighborhood. They do have an alarm system that is easy to use and we used throughout the stay. The location is close to downtown, but if I were staying there alone I’d be nervous. We had a great stay!

Great location for a weekend in Cincinnati. Just a short walk to fantastic local restaurants as well as a coffee shop, ice cream and more. It's a quick, easy drive to downtown stadiums. House has been updated to include all modern amenities. Loved the porch seating area. Comfortable beds and plenty of outlets for charging phones, etc. Note: very steep driveway. Might prefer to take advantage of the street parking.

Beautifully renovated property in transitional neighborhood. Everything you might need is provided. All seating and beds were very comfortable. Parking in the drive was not great. We would return to this property, its very well appointed. Each weekend morning we enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch with coffee.
