We stayed here to attend a game at Miami of Ohio when the hotel prices in Oxford were too high for one room -- let alone two! This was a great alternative, with street parking right in front of the house and only a quick trip to campus.

Neighborhood run down. Back parking area very run down and tight for parking. Our SUV fit tho. House nice enough. Furniture not very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathroom clean. Mattress nice and comfy. Hamilton in general seems to be run down in some areas and then not run down just a street over.our stay was quiet in general but I was not comfortable w the neighborhood

We felt right at home the moment we opened the door! Very clean, quiet and cozy! Check in was super simple and communication was excellent! We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Both the host and manager were prompt with their responses, and gave us early access to the home. Traveling up from TN, we had a short window to prepare ourselves for an evening wedding in Fairfield. The iron and ironing board were employed at once. After the wedding, and dining and dancing, we returned to fall into the most comfortable bed. One night’s experience, and it was wonderful. We plan to stay here again, as we have family close by.

Comfy beds, 9/10 on cleanliness, wish the kitchen had more supplies and better coffee. No shampoo or conditioner available (I forgot mine), but it’s a big house, lots of room, loved the room with the extra air conditioner (I have achy joints and can’t sleep unless it’s cool), easy check in, but a huge delay between communications (4 hours) he let us check out a half hour later which was appreciated. Overall I could sleep and we had plenty of room and the price was right.

Overall comfortable, safe, equipped and close to where we were going. House was clean, well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was a bit noisy for us being in town. Neighbor had a loud motorcycle, train was new sound for us lol. We live in the quiet country so we didn't get much sleep. We did not use the kitchen cause we stayed one night. Kitchen seemed stocked however a small ant problem. Tiny ants on counter and sink. Really that was my only complaint. Better than a hotel!! Came for a college visit. Might use again for another visit. Not too far from the school. If you're use to to city traffic noise you'll be fine. The down town restaurants and activities were excellent. Nice area!
