About this apartment rental
Spacious (75sqm), high quality equipped and quiet design apartment in Berlin Charlottenburg for up to 5 people. Excellent location, diverse offers in the neighborhood and very good transport links as well as its own parking lot.
10 minutes by foot to the Messe Berlin or 3 bus stops and 15 minutes by underground to the zoo in the City West.

The living room
It is a 75sqm apartment with a very good layout. The apartment is very quiet and yet directly integrated into a lively neighborhood. The southern exposure makes it pleasantly bright and friendly.
The apartment is consistently of high quality with beautiful real wood parquet flooring, stucco-lustro wall surfaces and design lighting systems. I placed great value on sustainable materials for a natural living atmosphere - you will experience an excellent indoor climate in the apartment and will be able to sleep very well.
The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for eating and cooking. Here you can dine with up to five people without any problems.
The living room is over 20sqm and offers another dining table for 4 people, a pull-out couch for 2 people, a home theater system with HDTV, Blu-Ray, 5.1 surround and hard disk receiver. Pay TV is also activated for you.
In the living room and in the kitchen you can work well and undisturbed in a quiet atmosphere.
In the bedroom you will find a 180x200 box spring bed with luxurious bed linen and another HD TV. The windows can be completely darkened for sleeping.
High-speed WiFi, towels and bed linen are of course included.
Stove, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are all available and freely available for you.
Access for guests
The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. If you have any questions or comments, I am available directly because they are nearby. This makes check-in very easy and uncomplicated. Anyone arriving at night will receive the code for a key container and can enter the apartment independently.

We only used ecological colors and building materials in the apartment. All walls were plastered with elaborate techniques (especially with clay plaster, the most natural there is). Therefore, you can look forward to a great and allergy-friendly climate.

Nice place just as advertised. My wife, myself and our 2 teenagers fit perfectly in this apartment. Very secure with 2 locking doors and the area is very safe. Easy walk to transportation. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Berlin.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb der Stadtmitte in einem sehr angenehmen Quartier. Ganz in der Nähe hat es 2 Lebensmittelläden und eine super Buchhandlung. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Und sie liegt nur 5 Min. von der U-Bahn entfernt. Falls wir wieder mal nach Berlin kommen, werden wir sehr gerne wieder dort absteigen.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sauber, modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Es ist eine Souterain-Wohnung, über den Hof zu erreichen, dadurch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, auch das Viertel ist perfekt. Ruhig, alles vor Ort (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke), U-Bahn in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichbar.

Marco's apartment is spacious and well-appointed. It presents exactly as described. I enjoyed my visit to Berlin and was pleased with the West City location. While the apartment is centrally located between U-Bahn Neu-Westend and U-Bahn Theodor-Heuss Platz, what is not described in the listing is the fact that the trains run below the ground-level apartment every 5-10 minutes for 24 hours. If you are a moderate to light sleeper, expect to hear the trains all night long.
