Worth the money for the location alone

We had a fantastic stay at Merveil Luxury Suite Royale II – Saint Honore View. The location was perfect, close to everything, and made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The interior was modern and beautifully designed, with a great TV setup for relaxing in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable, and even the pull-out sofa offered a reliable and pleasant sleep. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would happily stay here again.

One improvement we would suggest is adding bedside lamps or small ambient lights, as the apartment had only bright ceiling lights and natural light from the large window and skylights, leaving no softer lighting options for mornings or evenings.

A huge inconvenience to my family for lack of A/C during the heat wave.

Location

False advertising on booking.com regarding A/C provided. The entire apartment does not have A/C, only 2 bedrooms had A/C (1 of the A/C didn’t work properly). Our child was unable to sleep in A/C as recommended by her physician because of her medical condition because the playpen does not fit in bedroom. Our child had to sleep downstairs without A/C during the heat wave. Booking.com should not be in business with Merveil.

Extremely reasonably priced for one of the most expensive places in Paris! It is actually a huge apartment compared to the others you’d find on booking or anywhere online. It is very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen, including spices and free coffee

Dirty, Kitchen supplies didn’t work

Location

Kitchen supplies didn’t work, including refrigerator, electronic stove, microwave. I asked the property stuff to help us, they replied me that they are going to fix it, but nobody came to our apartment. we booked this apartment, because we needed a kitchen to prepare breakfast for kids, eventually everyday we ate outside. Wi-if internet was awful Stuff didn’t reply immediately, they texted me 1 day after my request, in the same time massages about payments and deposits was on time. Dirty rooms I wanted to get a hairpin that had fallen behind the bed, moved the bed and saw a pile of hair and dust. I think it hasn't been cleaned in about 6 months

totally disappointment. the operator is only money oriented. the apartment is not clean. the operator is only sending unpolite disturbing emails urging check in and check out timing. check in 16.00 check out 11.00 not fair not value of the money no place to put the luggage no support from the operator. the apartment is extremely small far from any standarts. the vanity drain is blocked no one come to clean the place during our 5 nights stay. Apart from the location it is a waste of money. the furniture is like a decor cheap and dirty.

The location is as promised, good.

There are loads to write, I would resume to the simple fact that this is not a luxury appartment. Not because it's small - that's ok, it's Paris, but because it's rundown, located on the roof, no elevator for the last floor, access is through upper floor while the small living is downstairs. While not dirty it's also not clean, hair all over the shower walls for example or dust under the beds.

Good location apartment

The location is close to Place de la Concorde and Madeleine Temple and is easily accessible from both subway stations in about 5 minutes. The telephone response of staff was polite. Linen and towels were generally clean. It was fully air-conditioned. There is also a washing machine and the facilities are fully equipped, so you can stay for a long time. There is no special advantage, but the price is appropriate overall.

Since check-in was past 22:00, instead of dispatching employees to the apartment, they gave us their auto-lock number. The response of the email was slow and frustrated about this, so the first impression was the worst. Not suitable for sightseeing on flights arriving in the evening. I didn’t see any staff until check out. Every information is provided through mail or phone. The only bath mat was dirty. It wasn't filthy, but the floor around the kitchen was sticky. The rooms and corridors are not particularly large. The room is on the 6th floor (attic), but an elevator is up to the 5th floor. When check-out, you will be instructed to take a picture of the air conditioner or TV remote control. There will also be a deposit procedure when check in. The staff may be arranging various protection as a business appropriately, but these online communication didn’t give comfortable impression.

L’emplacement, le charme des lieux, la décoration , la très jolie vue sur La Madeleine.

Trop exigu pour 4 adultes. 1 seule salle de bain. Pas d’accès ascenseur au 6 eme compliqué avec des valises. Le deuxième couple est parti à l’hôtel.
