This 2,678 sq ft luxury condo is one-half of a duplex (shared wall format with extra thick/soundproof wall.) But everything about the condo is private, not shared. Every upgrade imaginable is present in this condo, which is why guests often describe it as a “palace!”
Most recently, the Beach Palace has been updated with a new private heated pool (heated between Thanksgiving and April 30).

This bright, spacious, open-design living room has hardwood floors, a Persian-style rug, large windows, an elegant curved sofa and loveseat, nicely arranged around a large coffee table, and an entertainment center with HDTV. There’s cable TV, a DVD player, a selection of DVDs, and plenty of family-friendly games! Volume ceilings, clerestory windows, and sliding glass doors that open out to the large lanai-balcony, allow for plenty of natural light in this coastal-style room.
This living room has an upscale but comfortable vibe; a family-friendly gathering space for easy conversation, cozying up with a book or kicking back to stream your favorite shows or movies. Envision gathering for family game nights or reading bedtime stories on this comfortable sofa beside extraordinary window views.
Kitchen/Dining:
The open-concept design of the kitchen/living/dining area makes for easy entertaining. The chef’s kitchen has a distinct French-country ambiance, with plentiful, French cream color hardwood cabinets, rich and dark granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a French door fridge/freezer, an electric range, and oven, a hood-mounted microwave, gorgeous apron-front porcelain, Farmhouse-style sink with oil rubbed bronze fixtures, and a dishwasher.
This fully-equipped, French-Country gourmet kitchen has cookware, pots, pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, mugs, utensils, cheese board, service for 12, a toaster, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as chef’s caliber sharp cutlery in a designated drawer.
The kitchen island boasts a granite-top bar with stool seating for two, below stylish pendant lamps. This island bar seating makes the kitchen space much more dynamic, social, and fun! Guests can join the chef for a cocktail or conversation during meal prep.
The kitchen flows into a dining area with hardwood floors and a beautiful tropical ceiling fan with natural palm blades, which circulates fresh air throughout the main living space. This luxury condominium has four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, and sleeps 8 guests. The spacious bedrooms all have walk-in closets, silent ceiling fans, SmartTVs/HDTVs, and are painted in soothing, fresh tropical-style coastal colors.
Beds have luxury mattresses and sumptuous linens. There are bath towel sets, hairdryers, and toiletries in each bathroom. There are blackout shades on all bedroom windows and patio doors to make it easier for children and adults to fall asleep or sleep in and wake refreshed.
On the second (main) floor, just off the kitchen, bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, and bedroom #2 has two twin beds. These main floor bedrooms share access to a hallway full bathroom with single-sink granite vanity, and tub/shower combo. (The other two bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor.) Also on the second (main) floor is a laundry room with a state-of-the-art washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, utility sink, and granite counters.

We loved the house. In the future, we would suggest putting some hangers in each closet as there were only hangers in one bedroom. Some lamps were either missing lightbulbs or lightbulb needed replacement. The master bedroom had threadbare towels. We would stay there again, but would love those improvements.

Very accommodating. Great property with a location close to everything. Outdoor kitchen was removed most likely due to the storm. Pool was excellent.

Property was very nice and clean and had everything we needed; however, the outdoor kitchen is no longer there as depicted (guessing this is from the hurricanes). Communication was very easy. Our check-in code didn't originally work but a quick phone call and it was fixed. No issues with anything else

Property was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. However, there were quite a few things we weren’t happy with when it came to our stay.
First, communication was great while we were still in our “cancelation period”, however as soon as that ended Terry’s politeness seemed to turned to announce quickly.
Second, before we arrived we talked about possible early check in (an hour early). We were told as long as no one had booked before us we could do this. We checked, the property hadnt been booked. We reached out to Terry, and he said yes, however now it was a fee to check in one hour early. Honestly, that wouldn’t have been a huge deal had the fee been communicated in earlier discussion, but I’m assuming it was bc we were still in our cancellation period that he failed to tell us that.
Third, when we arrived the AC wasn’t working, it was over 80 degrees in the house. While Terry did get someone there in a timely manner to fix that issue, it still took a good while for the house to cool back down to a comfortable temperature.
Fourth, there were many broken things. There was a side table in the living room flipped upside down (assuming by cleaning crew) bc the legs were broken. There was a toaster with a note from previous renters saying that the toaster shorted the plugs and needed to be tossed. The window in the twin bedroom leaked really bad when it rained and upstairs queen bathroom window wouldn’t shut all the way.
Forth, they are lacking a ton of kitchen utensils, mainly oven mitts or pot holders! And while this isn’t a huge deal for us since we remembered to turn it off— the coffee pot so doesn’t have an auto shut off, which seems a little dangerous if it were to accidentally be left on.
Fifth, and maybe this is just being picky— it would have been nice to have a working vacuum cleaner or at least a broom. While we did our best to not track sand in, it’s going to happen. It would have been nice to be able to clean up to remain a little more comfortable and not walking all over sand.
Like I said, the location was amazing, but we would probably find another option next time.
