Jax Beach House w/Pool and Outdoor Oasis

Loved the location of the house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our dogs loved the backyard. The owners were great any problem or question we had they took care of it.

Convenient location and nice place ! Everyone loved the pool ! Would definitely go back.

The property is wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. The host responded to my questions almost immediately. She was very easy to contact and very accommodating.

Ok so Leslie was very easy to work with. There were some hiccups during our stay but she tried to fix them. The property is not in walking distance to the beach, plan on driving or taking a bike. The neighborhood is quiet. Things are close but not enough to walk, we drove our car or rode our bikes. The bikes at the property are horrible plan on bringing your own. They are very old and rusted. The pool was great, unfortunately the hot tub remote broke but we just texted Leslie and she would turn it on. I did not like that the coldest you can set the house to is 72 degrees it won’t get any colder than that, she has it locked. There were a lot of beach towels and the chairs were in good condition. There was a lot of mayonnaise stuff like that that people left which I didn’t like because it took up space in the fridge, I don’t want to use random open food other people used but that’s just me. The house was very clean and very cute but we did find a few dead roaches but they said the bad weather was to blame. It was a nice stay but I don’t think we would come back to this property again.
