Renting one king bedroom /one bath guest house with full kitchen and one car garage. Access to private backyard and pool. Easy access five minutes to interstate. University Phoenix Stadium 15 minutes Scottsdale 15 minutes Sedona 2 hrs Grand Canyon 4 1/2 hours
Guest house includes linen towels utensils coffee maker blender iron and ironing board ice maker TV in bedroom and living room. Direct TV and Wi-Fi included. Full washer/dryer
HOUSE RULES
1. No wild parties
2. Pool Area hours 9 AM to 10 PM. No lifeguards at the pool. Swim at your own risk
3. No additional overnight guests without prior approval
4. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY
5. You have one parking spot in the garage. Additional parking spaces available upon request
6. You have one set of linens and two sets of towels. Exchange available upon request.
7. Small non-shedding pets OK . PLEASE DISCLOSE if you have any pets
8. The property has CCV cameras around the perimeter of the property for the protection of our family and our guests. They are located in the front and back yards. No cameras are located or directed at the guest house

The place is super clean, quiet, with laundry and kitchen. It s perfect for resting and cooking good meals. The bed is super comfortable w lovely sheets and pillows.
They even had Tennis Channel.
Highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience and it was In a nice quiet area. It was like living a luxurious lifestyle for a decent price

The owners had two dogs that barked constantly on our stay. They were left outside and barked four hours the first day. We were blocked in the garage by their car and when I asked them to move the car they charged me $50 for having my kids on the trip with me. I see in the policy it does state to state how many people will be with you. The trip was for our grandmother that was dying and did not expect to bring our kids. Upon charging the extra they never brought over any extra towels or linens. But, charged us. On the second day the dog bit my husbands hand when we tried to give it a dog bone to shut it up. No signs were visible stating the dog bites.
