    I was stopped by the General Manage. With no proof. She repeaatlly insulted and disrespected me. Shortly after the staff also. I am so furious and cannot. lettuce go without a formal complaint. It felt to me that it was racial stereotype.and the rest of my day was ruined and maliciously sabotage by the GM and staff. Until that is fixed, I inform all. current guess and future guess too tread lightly and do not let the management and staff dictate how you stay at the hotel will be. i’m in the process of filing a formal complaint with corporate. I have already left a message and sent everything I needed for them to send me back a response and it’s been more than a week and a half. Apparently, extend stay America do not. Care how their hotels are being. Managed and I urge them to have their management and staff complete a customer service class which will make them a better employee general manager and any other positions. They’re at the hotel.

    While the staff were very friendly, the whole place is disgusting. I was advise the severely dirty floors, elevator, doors, windows, carpets were only cleaned every 14 days bc it’s an extended hotel. My bed was clean and comfortable if you like a firm mattress. The level of filth for the hotel, based on the amount paid each night, was not tolerable. The breakfast consists of coffee, prepackaged muffin, granola bar, oatmeal. Guests smoke right at the entryway. There were black short hairs all over my bathroom floor. I bought hand sanitizer as a must. There is no reason for that amount of filth other than corporate greed. Don’t trust the pictures!
