Was a great breakfast enjoyed it fully. The person taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job friendly enjoyable to talk to and asked if we needed anything.

The breakfast was the best Hotel breakfast I have ever had. Yuliana set up the breakfast and she was so friendly and personable. The food was delicious, coffee was also very good. Thee manager Jose was as also very friendly. They made our stay very enjoyable.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms are roomy, bathroom facilities were clean and roomy.
Beds were somewhat hard, the jacuzzi was broken, the pool was not well heated, and carpets in rooms were disgusting. They needed to be replaced or cleaned. Preferably, they should replace the carpets.

I booked a queen bed but got a double. And was not given any notice. The room could have been cleaned better. There was small trash in corners and bath was a bit dirty. And it looked like a bit of mold on bathroom ceiling . Door to the pool didn't work
