About this house rental
This lovely piece of paradise is a duplex with three bedrooms, 1 bath on the first floor, a large backyard with outdoor furniture, a bar, and a beautiful tree that keeps the backyard shady and cool after a sunny day at the beach. There is a gas grill for outdoor grilling and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The unit can accommodate 8 people, with two full-size beds, a single bed, and a trundle bed.
Centrally located to the beach, shopping, and fine dining, along with fun activities for families such as mini-golf, arcades, ice cream shops, and dining options nearby. This property offers easy access on and off the island, situated in a family neighborhood making it a desirable location.
Inside, there are smart (55-inch) TVs and a lovely living space to mingle and bond with your family for games and TV entertainment. The unit is newly decorated with new GE appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, a central air conditioning unit, a Wolff electric range, GE electric oven, dishwasher, and washer dryer. Internet, Wi-Fi, and cable are included.
All kitchen appliances including a toaster, blender, coffee maker (Keurig), the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you may need in the kitchen and then some! There are also two outside showers with ample hot and cold water.
Long Beach Island has so much to offer; marinas with water toys, beautiful beaches, miniature golf, Fantasy Island, and so much more. Great restaurants (a list will be left in the unit) with a fun nightlife. You can walk to many restaurants, and the beach is just two blocks away.

Nice house, very clean and close to the beach and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and have no issues. We were not able to use the grill since it looks like it had never been cleaned. Overall we had a very nice stayed and would come back

The house and property were clean, the beds were comfy. We liked the outdoor seating and showers, and the grill (although it could use a deep cleaning). Wifi was strong enough for all our devices. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great spot. We stayed in Unit 1 that had three bedrooms and a front room that had a lovely day bed for extra sleeping accommodations. We felt right at home immediatelly. It was very clear that the unit was brand new. New floors, new kitchen, new bathroom and simplistic yet lovely decor. We walked across the next block to a great restaurant r with a Restsurant tear area. Good band and great food. You can walk theee block to RAIMONDOS and THE LOCAL which are two great spots for meals. BYOB was fun for RAIMONDOS. We cooked a few meals with ease as the kitchen was inventoried with everything we needed to cook. We also used the new grill that was set up in the private back yard. There’s a large tree that gives you fabulous shade in the afternoons when you return from the beach. The beach is spectacular. A little over 2 blocks and we had a wonderful time riding the waves and watching surfers and wind surfers enjoy the ocean. The AC came in handy this week with the 90 degree weather but by today we had the windows opened and enjoyed the ocean breeze that came through our unit. We are already planning our next visit to A Shore Thing. Looking forward to coming back during Indian Summer this Fall to enjoy all it has to offer!
