In it you can find everything you need to spend unforgettable days off. A few minutes from the beaches of Guardamar, Rojales, Torrevieja and La Zenia shopping center you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay.
This property has a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen (equipped with everything you need for your comfort) air conditioning hot / cold, TV, free Wi-Fi and a large garden where you can enjoy the sun and magnificent temperatures throughout the year, plus an impressive pool open 365 days a year. The owner had good communication and was helpful when required. The property was clean and the beds were warm and comfortable, the kitchen was tiny and there was no vaccuum cleaner. Unfortunately the weather was extremely cold for the last 2 weeks of January and into February and the property is designed for warm weather, so it was impossible to heat the lounge area because any heat generated, using both gas and electrical heaters, went up the open stairwell to the roof. We had to employ heated throws to watch tv from a not too comfortable sofa.The house is north facing so would be more suited to a summer holiday. We didn't use the garden area with bar-b-q because of the weather. Nor the communal pool, so cannot comment except that it looked good but deserted.
The property is a few minutes walk from 2 British-style bar restaurants within the urbanisation but otherwise it's a 40 minute walk, partly over waste ground, to Quesada or 45 minutes to Los Motesinos (which we preferred as it was more Spanish, Quesada being more British/cosmopolitan)
So a car is a must. Someone we met said there was no bus service but we never verified this, and didn't see any local buses although there IS a bus stop in Quesada.

I sin helhed havde vi en god ferie, 6 uger.
Udlejeren var meget venlig og hjælpsom, der var problemer med et foldegardin og opvaskemaskinen, vi skrev en sms til udlejeren og han kom omgående og lavede det, super service.
Wifi var god vi kunne tilslutte vores appl TV og se dansk TV ad den vej når vi ville slappe lidt af.
Vi kunne godt have ønsket os at huset havde været mere sydvendt da der var megen skygge, vi var der fra den 15.09 til den 30.10, i den første del af ferien havde vi sol i haven fra kl 10.50 til ca kl. 14 og igen om eftermiddagen fra kl 16 til 17.30 ca. men det er vores egen skyld vi ikke havde undersøgt det ordentligt, vi er meget solelskende mennesker.
Meget lidt sol i den sidste del af ferien, skyggefuld have.
Huset havde det der var nødvendigt for, at have en god ferie, dog kunne vi ønske, at der var hynder til stolene ude under pergolaen. Men vi købte bare nogle, de kostede ikke ret meget.
Svømmepølen var fantastisk og vandkvaliteten helt i top, vi nød den meget.
