Edullinen hinta, ystävällinen omistaja ja naapuritalojen asukkaat, sijainti, sähkötakka, rauhallinen ja koiralle sopiva lähiympäristö, keittiön varustelu.
Vierailua edeltävä siivous oli tehty hieman huolimattomasti. Ei naulakoita (yleinen espanjan asuntojen ongelma). Keittiö olisi tilavampi, jos jääkaapin ovet asentaisi toisin päin (pitäisi onnistua helposti).

El dueño atento a través del móvil de nuestra llegada y de explicar todo. En cuanto a la estancia gratamente sorprendidos,muy acogedor. Además el dueño permitió que llevasemos a nuestras mascotas.
Por poner alguna "pega" no dispone de lavadora pero para estancias cortas no es necesario.
