About this house rental
No 5 Blue on Town Beach is on Wrattonbully Rd, the most desirable address in Robe. This house has absolute beach frontage onto Town Beach and extensive sea views. Stroll across your lawn down a dune path to the beach.
The house is nestled in the sand dunes and you will sleep to the sound of the crashing waves. Sit with a drink on the lawn and watch your children playing on the beach, and the fishing boats heading out from the harbor. You will be just a short walk to the cafes, restaurants and shops, so you can forget the car while you totally relax.
No 5 Blue on Town Beach has a private BBQ area with sea views, outside table and BBQ. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. In addition, the property has full laundry facilities and a bathroom with a separate loo.
A TV, DVD player, stereo are provided. The house has a split- system air conditioner. The property also has a private rear courtyard with chairs for lounging.
The house adjoins No 5 Red on Town Beach and the two houses can be booked together.
Wifi - There is no wifi, however many of the local cafes and public library offer free internet access if required during your stay.
Pets - This property is STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. If there are any signs of pets being at the property cleaning fees and if there is any damage will be added onto your stay accordingly.
What to Bring – Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid sachets, laundry powder sachets, dish tablets, dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, bathroom amenities and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only provide bathroom linen for the amount of guests in your booking. We recommend you to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide these. Strictly no bathroom linen to be used for the beach.

IF PETS ARE DISCOVERED IN THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR THE FOLLOWING WILL OCCUR;
1. Pets that have been secretly bought into a PROPERTY will be removed immediately.
2. IF PETS ARE NOT REMOVED GUESTS WILL ALSO BE EVICTED
3. Pets found inside a PROPERTY will incur a $400 fee AND ANY CHARGES FOR EXTRA CLEANING
4. Our pet friendly properties welcome dogs and other pets by negotiation. Your well behaved pets are NOT welcome inside. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair, food, stains, smells or faeces. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us (and will be charged back to you). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Additional time that is spent cleaning up after animals will be charged to you.

We liked very much the location. Living room and bedroom are nice and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are a bit tired, they need to be refreshed. We had no problems. Good instructions from the property owner/manager. Clean property and adequate bed sheets and pillows.

Beautiful location and property. Communication was a little abrupt and hard to navigate with rental manager but I’d return to the property.

Robe is lovely. The location is excellent for no 5 red and blue, however, the website needs updating in regards to the pictures. It is unclear which pictures are from which house and ours (red), was smaller than we expected. We had numerous rainy days and really no view of the beach from our living area. In the Summer the location would be excellent.
