Welcome to Syleham Zero, a modern and thoughtfully designed holiday home created for relaxed family stays, right in the centre of in Robe.
Please note:

• Welcome basket provided on arrival (not available for 1-night bookings)
Syleham Zero has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind, making it ideal for families or groups travelling together. The home features a fully enclosed backyard and an undercover BBQ area, providing a great space for outdoor dining and relaxed holiday living.
With two separate living areas, the home allows adults and children to enjoy their own space—perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime after a day exploring Robe.
The property shares a garage connection with an adjoining property while still maintaining its own private backyard and entry.

Important Information:
• No booking will be confirmed without a completed guest list and required details
• It is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure pets are appropriately restrained within the enclosed yard. Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee fencing will be suitable for every pet
Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Mostly a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. have stayed previously however there were a few things that were a tad disappointing... despite the inside being very clean and comfortably set up.... The outside needed a good refresh, the BBQ was fairly clean on the outside but the inside was full of fat and the outdoor alfresco needed a tidy up. We also had some amenities that were not initially provided such as coffee pods and dish washer tablets. There was very good wi-fi

The property is beautifully presented, and well located just behind the main street, so easy walking everywhere. We had one minor maintenance issue which was addressed within an hour of contacting the property manager.

The property is located right across from the golf course and as we were all golfing, this was a great location. There was everything we needed inside and was very comfortable for our stay. We will be booking this again in the future for sure. thank you so much.

We have stayed here a few times now. Love the location to the Main Street and beach.
The home is a great layout for a family with a massive kitchen, fully fenced yard and two great sized bathrooms.
Considering it’s a family home, the kitchen should be better equipped. No scissors, no platters, no decent knife, a tiny chopping board, only one bowl and 3 wine glasses.
Also would love the property owner to do something about the mattress in the main bedroom... it’s terrible!!
House is clean and great location though. We will be coming back.
