About this house rental

This beach house offers the perfect location for anybody wanting to visit one of Australia's most iconic coastal town. A 2 minute walk to the main street and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You'll love this place for it's privacy, comforts and location - cafes, restaurants, golf course, and parks all within a short distance. Perfect for couples or larger groups.

This beach house is uniquely positioned. Located in the new Lost Fairways development on the end of a cul-de-sac – there’s easy access to Robe beaches and parks and just walk across the road to cafes, shops and restaurants. Plus, only a short drive to Long beach! You can’t get more convenient than this location to enjoy the best of Robe. This property is also perfect for people attending weddings in the area as most of the popular venues are only minutes away.

The property is set at the end of the cul-de-sac so you’re not looking onto anyone. It has its own private entrance, private deck and garden area and private outdoor shower– perfect for a rinse off after a day at the beach. The outdoor alfresco area also has heaters and blinds for the cooler weather. Inside you’ll enjoy the ducted air-conditioning on hotter days, slow combustion fire place for the cooler days, a full kitchen and brand-new sparkling bathrooms. The space is open-plan living with a kitchen with dishwasher and 90cm gas cook-top, large dining and lounge room. There is a retreat off the main living area which is fantastic for kids or couples wanting to have a break.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
There are four decent sized bedrooms; Master - king bed
Second bedroom - king bed
Third bedroom - king bed or 2 king singles
Fourth bedroom - 1 single and a queen bed.
There is a 8 guest maximum.
Please note bedrooms that will not be needed for guests use will be locked. When booking for two adults it is assumed this is for a couple using the same bed. If this is not the case please contact to adjust booking.
Please notify well in advance how you would like the bedrooms made up.


The bathroom has an over-sized shower head, hand shower and full size bath.

The ensuite has two ceiling mounted showers as well as a hand shower and large vanity with lots of bench space.
The Walk in Robe also has a small office nook for guests who still need a quiet place to do a spot of work.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer for the colder wet days.

There are plenty of parking options with two off-street car parks and plenty on street car parking.

OTHER PERKS
Include a Nespresso machine (some pods provided to get you started), WeberQ, combustion wood fire place, ducted air conditioning, 2 large comfy lounges, full sized fridge, 3 large flat-screen smart TV's (living, retreat and master), games (monopoly, cards etc) and a outdoor breakfast bar where the bifold windows open into the kitchen.

HOUSE ESSENTIALS
House essential items include shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, tea, coffee pods, olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, tin foil, cling wrap, baking paper, dishwashing liquid, sponges, surface spray, dishwashing tablets, garbage bags, paper towel, serviettes and laundry powder.

Combustion Fire Place: Wood is supplied for the fire between 1st of April to the end of September. Wood supplied is sufficient for the fire each night of your stay. We do not supply wood to be used all day.

Cot/blanket, sheets and high chair available on request. A one of charge of $20 for your stay.

Important – Infant & bedding policy:
Infant bookings (under 2 years) are free only when the child sleeps in a cot provided by the guest.
Infants using a bed are charged $25 per night, per infant, and are counted as an additional guest.

You will also have guest support if required throughout your stay and premium toiletries and quality linen supplied.

We accept pets at our property and allow pets inside. HOWEVER, they are not to go in any of the carpeted rooms or hop up on any furniture (i.e couches, beds etc). If it can be seen the pets have been on the furniture or in the carpeted rooms part or all of the security deposit will be forfeited.

This property exceeded our expectations. When first arriving and entering the property was amazing. It was super clean and each space was open and large, very well layed out floorplan. It had everything we needed. You can see the owners really have thought of everything. The fittings are high end. The bed was super comfortable. We even had a black out (most of Robe went out) and they even had lamps and candles ready to go so we werent left in the dark. Its even still got that new feeling. The location is great, walking distance to everywhere. We went off season so had a choice of lots of properties but so glad we decided on this one as it was definitely amazing. Really recommended.
