Clean compact apartment in a small Provençal town.

A very pleasant small apartment in the centre of an old and picturesque Provençal town. Well equipped and furnished with a double sofa bed and a king size bed in the separate bedroom. A small bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rail, also a washing machine. Located looking into a small quiet square. Minimal noise and a pleasant view from the window. An easy town to find your way around, with several good restaurants and a small supermarket.

Talk about easy! The key instructions were very clear, and we could access the keys at any hour, so we did not have to rush! The apartment was beautiful, the bed and the couch were comfortable, and the staircase leading up to the apartment was magical! The little village is lovely, right out of a movie!

Probably One of the Worst Experiences I had in my Traveler's Life

The positives were the location of the studio and the A/C already on in the room.

The negatives are that the studio is tiny (around 12 sqm.) and the host was arrogant, unavailable, too talkative, unhelpful, and eventually not all service oriented. I was moreover charged before my stay despite it was mentioned on Booking.com website that “No prepayment needed, pay at the property” It was probably one of the worst experiences I had in my traveler's life. I made the road with my young daughter and after a 700 km trip by road, I only expected to rest in a studio with no hassle and easy check-in. I mentioned my time of arrival between 8 to 9 pm on the site, call the owner at 6 pm to confirm this time. Unfortunately, he did not avail and I left him a message. On arrival, the key to the studio was in a lock box to be opened with a code. I did not receive the code and tried to call 5 times the owner, send an email and messages. He did not avail. My daughter and I were stupidly waiting at the bottom of the stairs in front of a closed door when we meet another guest who have experienced the same situation, renting an apartment without having an email with the lockbox code. He gave us a little empathy and explained that in his case, he lately received the code by SMS. Eventually, after 2 hours of waiting, the host finally called me, and instead of apologizing, he drowned me in a number of explications, rejecting the fault to booking.com and sending me numerous screenshots of his computer as evidence that he professionally did his job by sending the email to me. He also explained that he was on the highway and that for this reason, he could not answer his phone. Whether he was on the highway, in a bar, or at home was not an issue for me, the only thing I know is that It was expected to be available during all the time of check-in and he was not! My daughter was exhausted and at this point, this was obviously not the time for having long arguments or arbitrating but quickly go inside to eat and sleep.

The apartment was spacious and clean and had air conditioning.

The listing was misleading. It said the apartment had two queen beds and a sofa bed. There was one queen bed and a large sofa that I was told was the other queen bed. I do not believe it is appropriate to label a couch as a queen bed and also a sofa bed. The shower head mount was also broken, which made showering difficult. The apartment was listed for €58 per night, but totalled to ~€100 once other fees were added on the back end. The billing does not go through Booking.com. It goes through a third party website that I was not comfortable using but had to in order to keep the reservation.

Ravis de notre séjour !

L'accueil téléphonique chaleureux, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Johana et Mickael ont contribué à rendre notre séjour des plus agréable. Nous avons apprécié d'être surclassé pour un appartement très propre et plus spacieux. Le seul bémol, tous les escaliers à monter avec les bagages. Très bien situé, au calme et à deux pas du centre de Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement sur le parking à 100m. La chambre avec le lit fait à notre arrivée avec à disposition les serviettes de bains, était tres confortable. Nous avons également apprécié les petites attentions comme les dosettes, le sucre, le sel et tout le nécessaire pour la vaisselle. Il n'y a rien à apporter de plus, tout y est. La cuisine est bien équipée avec 2 plaques de cuissons électriques, micro-ondes et grand frigo. Le séjour avec canapé lit permet de regarder confortablement la télévision et de profiter du wifi. Un lave linge est à disposition dans la salle de bain, dommage que la cabine de douche jure un peu par rapport au reste de l'appartement. Même si cela nous a privé de rencontrer nos sympathiques hôtes, le système de boîte à clé est vraiment très appréciable rendant le check-in et le check-out vraiment rapides et simples. Ravis de notre séjour, dès que ce sera possible, nous n'hésiterons donc pas à revenir profiter de leur gentille hospitalité.

De ligging in het oude centrum. Mooi appartement, aanwezige xbox (altijd leuk om even tussendoor te doen). Boulangerie aan de overkant.

Ivm autopech boekten we dit appartement aan het eind vd middag. Bij aankomst was het beddengoed en handdoeken niet compleet. Dat was jammer. Maar, ondanks het weekend konden we heel makkelijk contact onderhouden met de beheerder en snel schakelen zodat het opgelost was.

Petit studio au centre de de St Paul les 3 chateaux, placé idealement pour la periode des truffes juste au dessus du marché ;-) , et vraiment dans le centre du village ce qui est vraiment agreable .

le lit armoire pas vraiment stable et peu confortable / information pour le chauffage non presente et telecommande recalcitrante /
