A nice 20 m² 10 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the toll booth of the A7 motorway of Bollène.
A nice room in the house equipped for a pleasant stay welcoming 2 people without children. Composed of a quality sofa bed, sleeping for 2 people (140), table, chairs, wardrobe (wardrobe and shelves).
Kitchen area and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as storage.
Heating, air conditioning.
View of the furnished patio with dining area, table and chairs.
I occupy the house but I am discreet to respect your comfort.
Car parked in the fenced yard.
Access to the 7 m x 3.5 m swimming pool (in service from June to September depending on the weather) as well as a sheltered terrace and deckchairs available.
Knowing how to swim is essential for young children.
Tourist region with the Ardèche gorges 30 minutes away, the Mont Ventoux 45 minutes away, the Dentelles de Montmirail 30 minutes away, the Roman Theatre of Orange 30 minutes away, the Palais des Papes in Avignon 45 minutes away, the capital of nougat in Montélimar 30 minutes away, the crocodile farm in Pierrelatte 15 minutes away, the wine university at the Château de Suze la Rousse 15 minutes away, the Château de Grignan where the Countess of Sévigné lived 30 minutes away...
