Comfortable, private, quiet and perfectly sited for exploring the area

I cycled up from Blackpool and was SO grateful for the wonderful, comfy bed - I've stayed here before and it really is amazing value for money, you get so much more than you're expecting for the price.

Easy check in great location.

We rented 3 rooms, as a group of family and friends booked to watch a show at marine hall. All rooms immaculate and all had its own kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of glasses etc all very clean. Rooms very comfortable and warm with little touches. Extra heater in each room if needed. Would definitely stay again great value for money.

Great location with lovely hosts

We had a brilliant time! Kelvin House is in a great location overlooking the beach in the interesting town of Fleetwood. The proximity to the tram made it a perfect base for visiting the illuminations at Blackpool. The apartment was tastefully furnished and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfy and the towels and linen were soft and luxurious. Lynda and Mick were helpful and kind to us during our stay and we would love to return one day in the future. Thank you both for a fabulous stay!

A lovely place, and amazing views.

Fantastic location! We stayed in ‘The Dunes’ bedsit, and the views of the sea were spectacular! Loved the area, and the hosts were lovely and very helpful.

There was too much clutter and furniture, but that’s just personal preference. This certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

Someone (we think upstairs) was being loud on both nights, sounded like a drunk man talking at the top his voice late in to the night No relaxing low lighting , the lamp bulb is way too bright and the dimmer lights would have been great if not for one bulb right above the bed being replaced with a bright white bulb instead of matching the others, so the options where pitch black or opticians lighting.

Didn’t realise there would be so many stairs and heating not very warm

Lock box wouldn’t open so had to ring. Guy who came to door said they needed a new lock box.

Great comfy one night stay

The bed was huge and so comfy. The pillows and quilt were so cosy and smelt so fresh. Also very soft fresh towels too. Loved the rocking chair next to the bed and a great view of the sea and esplanade. We were left coffee/tea and a pint of milk which was a nice touch

Great place to stay

We stayed one night in room called "The Driftwood" It was a lovely cosy room on top floor with double bed, tv, settee, wardrobe, drawers etc and separate kitchen area and bathroom. The central heating was on evening and next morning. Host was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location for beach walks etc Would definitely stay here again Thank you

Very good location. The house is very hospitable and clean, the beds are very comfortable. A nice touch from the owners: coffee, tea, and milk. The Wi-Fi is very good, the house is quiet and peaceful. If you have any questions, the owners are always willing to help.

Location was great for the Saturday morning parkrun I did on the promenade. Very convenient for the centre of the town and the tram.

Hidden gem

The Whole stay went way past our expectations. We had front room with sea view and they even supplied binoculars so we could watch the isle of man ferry etc. Extra wide bed was luxurious. They had provided milk and teabags, so thoughtful after a long journey. Full kitchen facilities, powerful shower and endless hot water. The apartment is enormous, with quality furnishings. Host's are helpful and live on the premises with exceptional knowledge of the surrounding area.
