The room "The Dunes " is situated on the top floor., so not for wheel chair access, although I myself have difficulty with walking up it would not deter me from booking again. The view of the sea front is lovely. The parking is situated opposite the apartment of which is quite safe, (maybe not from the seagulls poop🤣). It's close to may amenties so fabulous location. The room itself was fabulous just had everything we needed. The bed was so soft and extremely big (a queen I thought) bedding and towels were fresh and soft too. Everything was spotless, plenty of utensils and crockery and a fridge/hob, oven, toaster, microwave and kettle. Coffee and teabags were left and milk in fridge, maybe from previous guests but that just an extra. Now the price is something else.... I was so pleased with this, for what you get it's extremely great. Please do not hesitate to stay you would not be disappointed. All in all 10/10
