Great location close to beach, high street and tram stop. Good space great for family weekend away, space for yound children to move about in and good size table to fit everyone around for meals and games.
Comfortable beds and high standard, clean facilities.

Walking distance to prom and Cleveleys. Close to trams and buses. Decor of lounge and kitchen nice and modern. Kitchen well stocked with plates glasses etc. Oven and microwave worked. Hot water. Shower was fine. Towels provided. When I had a few problems someone popped round quickly to see if they could help. Raised with owner they did refund my early check in fee.
When we arrived there were a few cleaning issues. A wet towel on the end of one bed and most of the beds looked slept in as had hairs on the inside sheets. I did message owner and cleaner popped round and reassured me the towel was a mistake from cleaning the bath.
The carpet in the from room smelt of wet dogs and febreeze. The wall near my side of the bed showed damp damage. One loo roll all week for family of 4. Cigarette Stubbs in the outside space and old sock behind one inside door, a food wrapper behind the door in the bathroom. Unannounced visit from cleaner who took the washing up liquid. Different person popped back when I messaged and apologized and replaced washing up liquid. She offered a later check out but we couldn’t use this offer. I’m not a fussy person but these details worried me about how well the property had been cleaned.
