Supringly good half term spot

Great location close to beach, high street and tram stop. Good space great for family weekend away, space for yound children to move about in and good size table to fit everyone around for meals and games. Comfortable beds and high standard, clean facilities.

Enjoyed a one night stay.

The property was very comfortable and close to the centre in a quite area. If in the area again we would stay again.

There are some area's that could do with a lick of paint. Also the bathroom and bedrooms could do with wadte bins.

Great spacious 2 bedroom property close to Cleveleys centre

Great location for the reason we were visiting (birthday party in Cleveleys). The property was very clean and had lots of kitchen equipment (bonus of cooking oil and salt and pepper is always the best when you’re staying in a place with a kitchen so that was great). Room were nice and spacious. Super easy check in and parking for 2 cars.

Along the edge of the house to the driveway was a lot of what I am assuming to be seagull poo. With the way we had to park the 2 cars (one parallel against the front of the house and the other driven on forwards) it meant we were walking close to the corner of the house. We didn’t realised the mess was there until one of us stood in it and it was very thick all over their shoes. Had to wash them. Shower not very powerful for this or showering but that is mildly expected with an electric shower and common in houses converted into holiday lets.

Nice little apartment in a good location

The location was good, nice seating area, parking was good most of the time,

Damp on the wall in the big bedroom, rat droppings all down the side of the property were the entrance doors are and a small amount in the seating area.

Great location and near to Cleveleys beach! and good staff!!! and really worth the money they asked!!! was a good 3 night stay, would definitely recommend for others!!!

A £100 deposit was requested and I didn't like that idea.. and cleanliness wasn't the best at the kitchen upon arrival... but the rest was really really good!!!

Overall it could be a great properly. As it was it felt expensive for a family of 4. If you were a family of 6 might fee

Walking distance to prom and Cleveleys. Close to trams and buses. Decor of lounge and kitchen nice and modern. Kitchen well stocked with plates glasses etc. Oven and microwave worked. Hot water. Shower was fine. Towels provided. When I had a few problems someone popped round quickly to see if they could help. Raised with owner they did refund my early check in fee.

When we arrived there were a few cleaning issues. A wet towel on the end of one bed and most of the beds looked slept in as had hairs on the inside sheets. I did message owner and cleaner popped round and reassured me the towel was a mistake from cleaning the bath. The carpet in the from room smelt of wet dogs and febreeze. The wall near my side of the bed showed damp damage. One loo roll all week for family of 4. Cigarette Stubbs in the outside space and old sock behind one inside door, a food wrapper behind the door in the bathroom. Unannounced visit from cleaner who took the washing up liquid. Different person popped back when I messaged and apologized and replaced washing up liquid. She offered a later check out but we couldn’t use this offer. I’m not a fussy person but these details worried me about how well the property had been cleaned.

Great location a few streets back from the beach. Small but enough room for family of 5.

Not enough forks, pans not big enough, needs a splash of paint and cleaning properly. Water marks on taps, hairs in sink, fag ends by the back door.

Disappointing

The double bed was 2 singles pushed together with single quilts. So disappointed for the money I spent. Also had to give an extra £100 after I booked and couldn’t cancel without a fee, paid as a despot which I did get back a week later. I was told no smoking which is fine because I don’t smoke yet the garden was covered in them. Just dissatisfied overall I wouldn’t book again for sure.

No keys just a code to enter. Well presented kitchen with a dishwasher. Beds were comfy. Sofas were comfy in the lounge. Parking on front of property was useful.

Everything you need, clean and spacious. Comfy beds, clean towels. Parking available. Able to control the heating.

Tea coffee was old wasn't able to use only 2 sachets of sugar, that's all everything else was great.

Disappointing

Location was ok . Short walk to sea front and shops. Apartment was very spacious. Very quiet area.

Very cold could not turn thermostat over 21° curtains at patio doors didn't fit so wouldn't close without leaving gaps. Large wrought iron gate to property is hanging off and dangerous.

Good value accomodation.

Four of us just stayed for one night. It was nice spacious accommodation with lots of facilities and we were comfortable and able to have a meal at the dining table. The accommodation was well maintained with decent sized bedrooms and four single beds which was great. I think it was good value and I would consider staying again if I needed to visit the area again.

Personally for me the mattress was a bit too soft. Also the shower pressure was not very strong but it was nice and hot. The house is heated by infrared heating technology. My family got a bit too warm with this in the night and the thermostat was clicking for some reason. One thing that would of been handy is a sponge in the kitchen to clean things.

Good size and price in quiet location

Good sized apartment in quiet residential area. 5 mins walk to centre, even less to beach. Has free parking but also close to tram stop if using public transport. Was clean and well equipped and the handbook/folder was very useful. Maybe needs a touch of paint here and there but nothing that would put anyone off wahtsoever. Beds could have been slightly comfier but they were OK and warm and clean. Good instructions of how to get in and security deposit paid back quickly. Enjoyable stay and would be good for longer.

Couldn't have found better accomodation if I tried, a home away from home.

We were there for a funeral of a close relative. It was the perfect location as we have family that live just 2 minutes away. My mum also had a broken leg and was in a wheelchair so the ground floor flat was perfect for us all. The flat was exceptionally clean, very very spacious, was lovely to have the outdoor secure space too would be even nicer in the summer months to sit out at night. There was absolutely everything provided and more, we needed nothing apart from our own personal items, there has been a lot of thought put into this accomodation to ensure guests have everything they need. Comfy sofa's, the most comfiest beds, dining table & plenty of seating and hot water and heating 24/7 I couldnt recommend this highly enough and we shall definitely be booking next time we are there. Thank you :)

A gem of a find

Very clean and beautifully set up, the flat had a calm and peaceful feel Bed so comfy I want one like this at home! Patio to enjoy the afternoon sun. Loved the dining area and the kitchen was great and included all we needed. We also booked the flat upstairs so 9 of us could stay together to visit family in the area. Great location for us - just a short walk to the main street and to the fabulous promenade and beach. We took the tram up to Fleetwood and back, as well as down to Blackpool one evening.

Great place to stay.

Lovely flat. It had only recently been converted, everything is new. The parking space is a bonus. There is plenty of space. It is well equipped. The private garden was lovely to have. The beds were very comfortable. The area is very quiet. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops. We would stay here again.

There is a small damp patch and peeling paint in the main bedroom. Hopefully, this will be resolved quickly.
