The owner of this particular property is definitely one of the most amazing, genuine, caring people. The flat was super clean and was full of the most important amenities: going from water dispenser to the air conditioner, medicine cabinet as well as washing machine etc. Everything was exactly as described in the Booking.com description even I would say better then I’ve imagined it from the first glance. I would say it takes 12 minutes to get to the center of borjomi by foot. The first floor is located in the garage with the kitchen area and upstairs there is the living area, both floors have lots of space and are very suitable for families.
The shower is a bit complicated.

The appartment is clean and comfortable. Fully furnished and equipped, there is even fireplace. Very kind and nice host
It's not about the appartment it is about Google Maps. It confuses a lot. It always shows Borjomi Palace which is wrong address

on arrival we were given both the bedrooms which were very clean and neat. the only problem is the room doesnt have an AC but a fan is provided instead
