About this apartment rental
My place is in the heart of Old Metairie, one of the safest areas in the City of New Orleans. Ten to fifteen minute drive to most city venues. Five minutes to Ochsner Medical Center. Five restaurants across the street and a drugstore and grocery within walking distance. My place is great for friends, business travelers, and families (with kids) seeking to enjoy the treasures and revelry of our city.
Our unit is a ground floor apartment in a small complex. No smoking in the unit. All of the furnishings are brand new. We provide coffee and bottled water for our guests. This unit is in a small walk-in gated building. There is a small pool and patio ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in the city.
As frequent travelers ourselves we want a clean, comfortable, functional space when we arrive and throughout our stay. We strive to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen well appointed, beds/linens comfortable. Nice clean neighborhood and felt safe. Walked to quaint grocery market, Walgreens, pizza place and Mexican restaurant. Appreciated designated parking spot and small quiet pool area.

We had a great experience with this property and the owner. The owner was very responsive to any concerns we had. The property was very clean and orderly. The only thing I’d consider is the noise on the road could be a little loud and someone in the building smoked which seeped through the HVAC system or windows. The property manager brought Febreeze when we brought it to their attention but it was a constant smell that you couldn’t really get rid of regardless. Completely out of the owners control and they we’re very helpful to try to remedy the situation. Would stay again.

We had six adults for our stay. The house was clean, quiet and close to main areas we needed to go. Just a short walk up the street there are restaurants, a grocery store, etc. We were quite happy with our stay and would love to stay again if we go back! Thank you!
