About this apartment rental
My place is in the heart of Old Metairie, the safest area in the City of New Orleans. Ten to fifteen minute drive to most city venues. Five minutes to Ochsner Medical Center. Five restaurants across the street and a drugstore and grocery within walking distance. My place is great for friends, business travelers, and families (with kids) seeking to enjoy the treasures and revelry of our city.
Our neighborhood is one of the safest areas in the City of New Orleans. Being on Metairie road allows for quick access to most venues in the city. Our neighborhood also boasts some of the highest real estate values in the city
Our unit is a ground floor apartment in a small complex. No smoking in the unit. All of the furnishings are brand new. We provide coffee and bottled water for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry supplies. As frequent travelers ourselves we want a clean, comfortable, functional space when we arrive and throughout our stay. We strive to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
This unit is in a small walk-in gated building. There is a small pool and patio ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in the city.
Our property manager lives on site to address any concerns or problems you may encounter.

My words cannot do justice to describe our extended stay at Donna's homey and cozy apartment.
I am from the New Orleans area and have been living up in the Minneapolis area for the past 20 years. My father had become ill and needed to be close to his medical facility for daily treatments. With my father needing continuous medical care for 7-weeks, we were fortunate enough to find this wonderful apartment so close to the medical facilities we needed and so centrally located to all that New Orleans has to offer.
Donna was so understanding and compassionate to our needs that her and her on-site staff ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The apartment is exactly as described in the listing's description, so my expectations were high and when I arrived, I was thrilled.
The quaint courtyard style pool and covered decked-out patio areas are conveniently located only yards away from the front door. An outdoor BBQ grill was also at our disposal for which we gladly utilized.
With a full-size refrigerator and range, the kitchen has most everything one would need to make a cook’s life quite comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and contained an abundance of linens and personal toiletries. All three bedrooms were quite large and had oversized closets, extremely comfortable beds, well-furnished and very appeasing to the eyes.
I am hoping I won’t need Donna’s apartment again for the same reason I was there this trip but look forward to coming back down to the Big Easy and would not hesitate to rent Donna’s home again. Such a rare find!

It was extremely clean and located in a very lovely area. Enjoyed our stayed and would highly recommend this vacation rental. Beds were very comfy
