My dad recently had a stem cell transplant at Ochsner and we were required to stay in New Orleans for 70 days after. We stayed at Ariel’s property in Metairie and could not have been more pleased with our stay. It was everything we needed for my dad’s recovery process. Ariel checked on us periodically and the check in/check out process was very straight forward. We would definitely recommend this property.

Condo was very comfortable including beds & sofa, spotless, well organized. Host was responsive & pleasant.
Negative is that we had no control over the temperature in the condo & we found it hot. Thermostat was locked, when I asked for the code to control thermostat myself host said I would need to give her a deposit & pay for extra electric used. I should have none this before I rented the condo for a month. Host said she was reviewing the policy & may change it.
Host very clear that condo on second floor but less clear, at least to me, that the condo is a two story condo & bedrooms are upstairs. I was recovering from a broken ankle so it was challenging.

Plus- Location and gated parking LotMinus- TV did not work my entire stay, washing machine broke half way through with no attempt at repair
