Katy's home is fantastic—modern, well decorated, comfortable, good kitchen amenities and a great location for a Hamptons getaway! Stayed with a few friends for a long weekend and enjoyed every moment. Communication with Katy was amazing, she was responsive, helpful and shared some of her local favorites. Check-in/check-out was super simple. Gorgeous sunset views off the water, great yard/pool. Definitely adding to my list of favorite Hamptons properties and would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house that was well appointed and equipped... it was a great location for our East End Adventures on both the North and South Fork. We would definitely rent this again!!

House was very nice and clean. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and suitable for adults. House was well furnished and nice views of 3 mile harbor. Great location and owner host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for adults and families for short or long term rental.
